Hotel with an excellent location, especially if you are going to an event at the American Airlines Center. The rooms are spacious, breakfast included.

Every staff member I came across was super friendly and helpful!! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the noise. Our room was located in front of the main road and the windows aren't very sound resistant. The a/c made a really loud rattling noise every time it turned on which scared the heck out of me when trying to go to sleep. Slept great after using ear plugs. Would definitely stay again.
Went to a concert at AA Center. Great location for a quick walk to the stadium and back.

I am a Hyatt globalist and I have never seen a hotel in such poor condition. Stained carpets, broken tiles, broken windows, it needs to be closed before it tarnishes the Hyatt name further

Yes, it's an older hotel and could use some updating but the room was big and it was clean. I can't say enough about the staff - they were very nice, from front desk to the cleaning staff. Perfect walking distance to American Airlines Center.

I think it's a good hotel, we particularly had a good room, spacious, a good bathroom with a good shower, the people are friendly and the complimentary breakfast is good, I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, I came back reading some reviews that They were not good, but for me the stay was good, of course I would return and few hotels offer a checkout at 12 noon.

This was one of the worst rooms my wife and I have ever been in. The whole hotel smells musty. There are water stains throughout the walls and ceilings inside the hotel. These are a few pictures of inside our room. Definitely won't be going back to that hotel EVER again.
