Garbage customer service! Made an appointment at 5, arrived on time and the person they had us “scheduled for” had just taken on a new client. As we were waiting a walk in, came in and they promptly took him back and got him started while We sat there… still waiting

The lady at the reception was rude and unprofessional. Not sure why the clients are treated in a rude manner. The tax professional is great but the receptionist was not welcoming.

I called over the phone to get quotes and fees. My taxes are fairly simple, I’m a student and I have a w-2. When I called over the phone. A rude man said he’s going to charge me $155. I had never had to pay that much to do my taxes at H&R Block. It’s not like I own a business and my taxes are complicated to do. Long story short, I just filed my own taxes and he lost a potential customer by overly charging. I highly recommend you guys call around and ask for the fees. He swears $155 is the best rate I could get. He’s wrong, I paid only $66 to file taxes for 2023 on the H&R Block website.

I highly recommend H&R Block as income tax preparer professionals. I have used their service at an office in Dallas, Texas for the last several years and I am completely satisfied with their service..

Would leave zero stars if I could. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, and the advisor I went to had the same awful attitude. Not helpful in the slightest and definitely not kind. Will not be returning. No one take your business here

I wish I had the same experience everyone else did with this location. I am so mad right now that I can't even process what just happened. Maybe I am out of date, can you not walk into a office now a days and ask for a estimate ? I've been doing my taxes myself for the past 6 years, so I've been out of whack of what really happens in a tax office. Wanting to get help with a certain matter, along with just wanting a estimate of what H & R block could possibly offer me...I just experienced the worse . Angelica did not quite understand what I was asking for, had me wait for 20 mins, then explained in a way that seemed very condescending right in front of me. I tried explaining to the tax preparer myself of what I was coming in for, he sunk his head back as if he was so taken back by what I asked. It was so unbearing between the two of them that I had to just leave. The worse customer service ever. If what I was asking was not possible, a calm and loving explanation would have been great instead of making me look d*** and treating me that way.
