Have been going to this location for years . This year I was disappointed that they did not call me to tell me that the person who has done my taxes for at least 5 years was only doing them at home this year . I only found this out the day that I got there for my appointment . And was told then . I did leave everything and was told that it would take a week or maybe two to get it back . But it did not .Got it back in about 6 days . When they called to tell me that it was ready to pickup they also went over my return . I will make sure that the person I use next year will be in office.

I would give 0 stars it it would let me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They filed my return incorrectly and said they can't do anything about it. An untrained monkey can do a better job. Then when I can to correct issues the repeatedly just hang up. Worst service ever.I did call your "support team". They admitted that yall made the mistake but there is nothing that can be done about it. Thank you for nothing
