I'm really disappointed this year with H&R block they took half of my money with the ridiculous fee they charged. If people aren't getting that much money back the fee should be way less I feel like H&R takes advantage of the poor and it ain't right especially being paid minimum wage. This year I didn't get paid that much at all and H&R block takes a big chunk of your money whether you're getting a little or A lot. I feel like they should charge the rich not the poor smh. I've been coming to ya'll since 2005, and I won't be ever coming back. Mrs. Nettiestine was my tax specialist and you could of did better you didn't care at all She told me to do my own taxes and I don't know how to do that and I'm not.
