Absolutely worst customer service. Won’t return calls, or emails in a timely manner (we are talking weeks here).Last year, we nearly missed our extension deadline due to his team’s sloppy intake of data and going back and forth to correct typos. We initially made contact with him the December prior (well in advance of the 4/15 deadline, and he still applied for an extension!If you want to save yourself some stress, avoid this man and his practice at all costs!

Unprofessional office workers, interesting meeting and offers for my tax job, unresponsive to emails, impossible to reach them. Not helpful. In short, it was a bad and unusual experience for us. We feel happy/lucky to not be working with this office! He was overtly flirtacious with my wife and made us both uncomfortable.

I have used Shelia and Hossein for my small business for a while now. I would and do hands down recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Detailed and custom reporting. Everything explained to me clearly and accurately . Not to mention everything on time. Great company and great people to work with.

Working with Sheila and Hossein for my two businesses was an absolute game changer. I cannot recommend them highly enough. For my first business, they took time explaining many confusing tax issues to my business partner and me and provided solutions we never would have known about. For my LLC, Sheila walked me through every step from conception to finalization and continues to manage my taxes for it. Knowing this area of my business is always covered takes such a load off my plate and allows me to focus my efforts on growing.

Terrible service. They kept our documents for almost a month. They told me they are gonna keep in touch with us but they never called. So I called them a couple of times. Responded disrespectfuly and said they haven't started on my file yet. So I went to the office to talk to Hossein Zamanian. Very rude he said do you want to take your documents? I said yes. He said yeah this is the best for both of us, we are very busy here. Before I leave I asked him that why did you accept my case if you are very busy? I could have gone somewhere else. He said I just wanted to help you. I said I don't need your help. So he started yelling at me I took my documents and left.
