Have bought chicken wings and there is always something extra that is just added for extra weight. The suger is not marked properly and they over charge for it. I brought it to the owners attention and he covered the price tag with his hand so I could not not take a picture. The owner stated yelling at me and was trying to get the security guard involved. For no apparent reason.

We often come to Hong Kong supermarkets. It’s not just good and cheap food here. More friendly staff. Thank you for your help!

This place has a ton of stuff I can’t read. Workers walked away from me when I asked questions. Workers walked away in the meat dept, no one even gave me a chance to try and translate. If you don’t speak 4 kinds of Chinese, Korean anything, don’t go here go to hmart…also pretty sure the carp came from Richland

The worst place to shop!!! The entire staffs are extremely rude starting with the mediocre male manager, the knucklehead low paid security guard, to the unsanitary doltish cashier... have no professionalism. I was rudely insulted by the cashier and manager (who was called to the register by the cashier) simply because I asked the cashier to change gloves (of which she refused) after swiping off the wet belt from previous customers with meat.Instead of diffusing the situation, both staffs were scornful. I will never shop here.

They have a large amount of fresh cut meats and produce here, a lot of Asian products and ingredients, and a whole isle full of ramen noodles.

Used to be great. I came to the food court and the prices are now unbelievable. Their smallest tub of food is now $15. This was a place for when you’re too lazy to cook, we’d go get food at Hong Kong. It is no longer like this. I understand inflation is killing us all, but this is way too much. I can go to a restaurant and eat way better for that price. Their golden era is over.

Warning!! I shop here 3 x year as it is far from my home. After today I won't go back. They post false pricing on their shelves. I checked my receipt when I got home and HALF OF THE ITEMS I WAS CHARGED $1-3 MORE PER ITEM THAN THE POSTED PRICE. This many items is not a mistake-it's intentional. I was also charged for a bamboo fork I didn't purchase. Pick any other Asian market to give your honest money to.

I would not recommend coming here. The store is not updated nor kept clean. You can smell the seafood before you walk in the door - much of the seafood is stale and smells. I would rather have made the longer trip to H Mart or 99 Ranch instead.

I used to think this place was pretty cool. Deep selection and interesting options. So, here is the rub.A week ago or so I purchased a 5lb. Sealed bag of rice that was imported from Asia. I was looking forward to cooking up some to see how I liked it. Very convenient zip closure, handy right?, no problem, right? Wrong! When I opened the bag Weevils started climbing out! If you have every had these critters in pantry stored flour or pancake mix, then you know it is suggested to throw everything open away to avoid further contamination.Returning or replacing the item seemed like logical the next step. But Oh No, when I went back to the market they looked at me like I was crazy. They said their policy is NOT TO ACCEPT RETURNS on rice, etc. They said their policy is NOT TO ACCEPT opened packages!!How would I know there where bugs in the rice if I hadn't opened the bag?!?!?!?I'm back to only shopping there for Soy Sauce.

I love Hong Kong Market. We shop there for taro, bok choy and other Asian foods that are unavailable at other grocery stores.

This grocery store may not be the fanciest looking one out there, but it sure has a lot to offer. I was impressed at the range of products and the prices were quite reasonable. I also liked that the aisles were neat and tidy despite some of the sections being blocked off due to water leaking from the roof. The quality of the food was also of a good standard. All in all, I will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

Wide range of Asian groceries. Well stocked. There is fishy smell but not really bad and which is reasonable as you can find live and frozen fish and other sea foods. Selection of vegetable items is also huge. Price might be slightly higher than Walmart for certain items but this diversity can’t be found at Walmart. There is probably one whole side of aisle for noodles too. Ample of parking space.

It might not be as fancy as some of the other super-fancy Asian supermarkets we have in DFW, but they had everything I needed. And they have a good selection of cookware, too. Friendly people as well.
