I have visited this location for years. Smart manager, Jacob, knows alot about animals and helped me find an old account that I was unsure about. They keep the treats recommended by my dog trainer in stock, and during the covid closures the woman who delivered to the Canine Crew would leave my dog a tennis ball and a personalized note on the bag. Great place to find good quality dog food.

I had the most wonderful experience here purchasing some toys and treats for a new kitten. The staff is extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. It was a stand out experience overall. Definitely stop in for all your pet needs, they have an amazing supply of goods.

I’ve been going to Hollywood Feed for awhile now and they have the most helpful staff across all of their locations. I wanted to specifically shout out Rebecca and Emily today for helping me find the food I need for my cat that has food allergies. It is out of stock at their location but they called another location about an hour away and will be picking it up and delivering it to me which is incredibly helpful. On top of that they were so happy and eager to help me out, so great customer service skills 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely wonderful staff, helped me look for items and gave me as many savings as possible while finding items for my rescues. I ordered a same delivery today and it arrived in less than 2 hrs and delivered with care. I can’t recommend this place enough for all your needs!

My first time buying here, everything was of very good quality. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was that people looked at me strangely, maybe because I was Mexican, and well, there was only one girl who was very nice and the only one who I felt wasn't looking at me as if I was going to steal something from her ?

Best customer service I've ever had! I'm new to the area so I stopped in to check out the place. I met one of their employees named Rebecca. 1st I wanna say she was GREAT! She took the time to walk me through the store and answer about 100 questions. To be honest, I feel like I learned alot in a short time. She was genuine, kind and very funny. I did notice that she knew multiple customers names and greeted them as they came in while we conversed. I've never really given a person a review before but that was the type of experience that would make me want to come back to a place. So, Rebecca & Hollywood Feed definitely both get a thumbs up.
