I recently visited your hotel with my family and had a positive experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, our stay was pleasant. However, I would like to offer a general suggestion: the air conditioning units and window glasses could benefit from regular cleaning. Despite this minor concern, I appreciate the overall quality of our stay. Thank you.

This hotel is very well located, but a little over stated in my opinion. i would say a low 3 starts if not a high 2 stars hotel. i've seen worse, but i've seen a lot better as well. i was helped by a friendly woman as soon as i walked in, check in was simple as I had a reservation. I was given all relevant information (check out/ breakfast/wifi) and did not speak to them again until check out 4 days later. The room seemed clean when I got there, there was some minor things that made it not top notch. the deadbolt on the door didn't line up with the door jam, so the only lock was the flip out piece above the door knob. the parking lot was small and filled up quickly each night and was shared with the gas station/liquor store next door. Breakfast seemed decent, i chose not to eat for dietary reasons. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed clean but the overall feeling in the place was dingy, like it had been renovated recently and hadnt gotten used to being a nicer establishment.

I was catfished. From the listing, it appeared to be a very nice hotel similar to other comfort inns I’ve stayed at. The location is trash, and right next to a discount liquor store. I walked in, only to find a crusty, disgusting lobby. It smelled like burning rubber and sewage. The elevator, hallways, and doors were disgusting. We should have turned back then..When we got to the room, it was worse than we expected. Stains on the walls, and sheets, crusty old arm chair, and to top it all off - a bullet cracked window overlooking the discount liquor. Please do not book here. It did not feel safe or clean. Attached photos for you to see for yourself…

I have booked many comfort inn & suites and found in every one they have been clean, comfortable, and I felt safe. This is NONE of those things. As soon as I I pulled into the parking lot I had a bad feeling. I should never have even checked in, but I went against my better judgement. This place is horribly run down, absolutely filthy, and I felt horribly unsafe. Dirty stained bed sheets, trash on the floor, peeling & bubbling walls in the bathroom. BULLET HOLES IN THE WINDOWS! If I could give it zero stars I would.0. Homeless around and rooms overlooking the discount liquor store. Literally right off the freeway.

Ok, folks, I originally gave the hotel all 5's because while the location does have the occasional homeless person panhandling, I felt fairly safe when parking near the entrance. Also, for the price, it was a convenient location to our medical appts, and while an older facility, it was usually clean, and the staff (office, breakfast area, and one particular housekeeper named Iba-not sure I'm spelling correctly) have always been nice, helpful, and accommodating. However, this last trip was not up to the usual standard, and one employee ruined the whole experience for us! 1st, when we checked in late on Wed night, we found live bed bugs on the top of the bed frame. I honestly thought it was trash, but when I wiped it with a clorox wipe, I saw it was 3 bed bugs when one of them began crawling. I immediately went down to the front desk, and even the clerk shivered when he saw them. He immediately gave us another room, apologized, and thanked me for bringing to his attention so he could shut that room down so they could take care of the problem. Thankfully, we had not unloaded our cart, and Needless to say, we thoroughly inspected everything in the new room before unloading. Things were fine til my son (special needs-down syndrome and autism) ended up in the ER on Friday b/c of a condition he suffers from. We extended our stay to Sat. He was discharged from ER on Friday evening, but we were all exhausted, and he kept us up again all night. We were trying to be out of the room by 12 (late checkout). I checked out at 11:50 and told them we would probably need help taking the loaded cart down to the car. They said to call once we were loaded up, and they would send the maintenance man to help. I also stressed that we would probably be a little while after 12 getting out of the room b/c my son was still nauseous, and b/c of his autism, was having meltdowns and not cooperating. The girl in charge said that was fine, that they know we are trying to get loaded up. However, @12:20, the other girl at the desk called, asking if we were ready. I told her no but almost. We had several more items to fit onto the cart. She told me I was supposed to be out by 12 and I told her I knew, but we were having trouble with my son, which was putting us behind. I felt pushed, so I told her to go ahead and send someone. The man (who did not speak much English) shows up and immediately says ok you ready and we said no not quite. He kept insisting we were, then told us that we were putting too much on the cart and wouldn't let us put more on it. Then he said it was too cold in the room, so he said he'd go on down, and we begged him to please wait in the hallway as we were almost done. My daughter, who, by this time, is so exhausted and frustrated is almost in tears. As she is loaded down with items to put on the cart, the man says no, that's too much and said I go down. I said No, please stop, and suddenly my daughter lost what patience she had left and yelled at the man telling him to "cuss word" Stop! We managed to grab what was left under duress, and my son decided to freeze b/c of the stressful atmosphere. The man proceeded to yell something in Spanish to the housekeeper at the other end of the hall, and they both laughed. Needless to say, my daughter immediately and emotionally told the front desk that we would never return to this hotel. The girl in charge asked why, and my daughter was trying to tell her, but the man kept interrupting my daughter in Spanish. The girl finally spoke to him in Spanish and he hushed. She apologized to us for his behavior and said she would bring it all to the Mgrs attention. While she was speaking to us, the man turned to a housekeeper who had just finished mopping the lobby, pointed to where our cart was and spoke to her in Spanish. Once our cart started moving out the doors, she went and remopped that area, so that made us feel like he thought we were dirty or something. I have never been made to feel as disrespected and demeaned as I was that day!

Awful experience. I was skeptical because of the reviews but took a chance and booked. Before even walking in I noticed how run down the exterior of the building is. Grass over grown etc. Entering the hotel you can tell it’s not cleaned very well and has a funky smell. We got to room to find stained bed sheets, weird stains on the walls and again a bad smell. I went down stairs to the front office to express my concern and they moved us to another room. Only to discover an even more moldy smell, actual mold on the ceiling and what looked to be bodily fluids on the wall. Immediately went back down stairs and asked for a refund, which they processed without any argument, that’s the only reason I’m giving the service two stars. Just save yourself the trip, stay somewhere else.

Disgusting. I paid $225!!!! For one night and knew immediately that we could not stay. There was tile lifted from the floor in the entry way, only one light of the 3 or 4 bathroom fixtures worked. There was a rip in the sheets on one of the beds and one of the couch cushions was completely torn. This place is at best a $60/night stay. We left immediately and booked a room at the Sheraton. The location was terrible and across a major highway from medical center. There was no one at the desk to even complain to and we were strapped for time. Now they won’t refund me because I didn’t stay and wait for someone to appear. I have no idea how long that would have taken and I certainly didn’t have the time to find out. The owner of this place is garbage, just like his motel.

Stayed here during Dallas Market. The pictures looked fairly decent so we made the booking. The lobby and building has a slight funky smell but is not overwhelming. The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. There were small pieces of trash on the ground that you would expect to be vacuumed up. And the chair in the room had large disgusting stains. Overall stay here only if you need to. Although for a little more you can get much better accommodations just down the road.

Please do not stay here if you can avoid it. Im not sure about the other rooms because different accommodation wasn’t offered to us, but as soon as we stepped in our room we knew we wouldn’t be staying. The sheer curtains are paper thing so you can see straight in and out, especially with the light on. Rooms 110-102 all face out, and with it facing the parking lot, the lights from out there illuminate the entire room. There are no drapes to close over the curtains either so you’re stuck with the light shining and ability for everyone to see straight into your room. The floor was also soaking wet when we walked in, which was disturbing. We didn’t even pull back the sheets to see if it was clean or not, we sat down for 5 minutes and decided we’d rather drive FIVE HOURS back home at 2am than to stay here. Front desk could not have cared less, absolutely zero offer of any sort of resolution. Please do not waste your money here.

08/06/2023 around 3am ......Well this hotel was by far the worst Ive ever been too in Dallas . First thing first I waited over 35mins waiting on the clerk who finally came down from being upstairs coming out of one of the hotel rooms he greeted me with a hi I ask did he had any rooms available he said yes it's a suite and the phone isn't working that's all he had I asked how much he said $120 I said wow that's a lot but being that their were nowhere I could go all other hotels were booked I let my friend know what was the price we paid and went to the room we walked in and the room had a foul odor wasn't very clean but we were tired mind you it was around 3am I sat my things down and notice a roach crawling on the wall I immediately walked back down to speak with the clerk I showed him the picture I took of the roach he then told me yea they coming from outside we been having a bug problem I told him well they shouldn't be renting rooms out 120 a night when they know theyre having bug problems I ask for a refund or some on the money back he told me no I would have to come back when the supervisor came in which were hours ahead I didn't sleep because I was afraid of anything else coming out when it was time to check out noone was able to be found . I left very unhappy and I do NOT recommend any one to stay here now if youre ok with roaches and drunk homeless people around then by all means stay here . And to the staff and owner please stop overcharging when you know you have bugs and nasty rooms ?

Toilet had to be fixed, hand towel had a hold in it, pillows were "very" uncomfortable, the only staff that was nice was the maintenance man and the breakfast lady, screaming kids, elevator stunk of pot, leaking roofs everywhere, dirty towels all over the floor on the 1st floor, dirty elevators. It more had the feel of a crack hotel than a Comfort Inn. Very dissatisfied and disappointed because we use Comfort Inn quite often. Soo sad. ☹️

Literally the worst experience I think I’ve ever had at a hotel. Just needed somewhere to sleep a couple hours before my daughter had surgery across the street. Checked in around 2:30 am and then proceeded to be locked out of my room until almost 4am because the clerk was ASLEEP and would not wake up with any amount of banging/screaming at the desk. When he finally woke up to reset my card, I was livid. He proceeded to laugh and question why I was so upset he was asleep. Finally got into my room to sleep until 7am and the ac didn’t work.

Reserved a double queen room. We got there. Went to our room and it had a king bed and a couch. We go back down stairs and we were told all they had was king suites. Ok. So we go back up stairs. Fold out the couch for my granddaughter. No bedding. So we go back down stairs, wait at the desk. Finally the lady comes out. I explain that there is no bedding for the couch. She gives me bedding. I ask for pillows and was told they don't have anymore. Ok. Go back to the room. Get the bed made and start to go to bed. My granddaughter go and uses the restroom. She comes out and tells me the toilet won't flush. So I go in and try. Nope, it won't flush. I take the lid off the tank. No water. So back down stairs I go. We finally get moved to a different room and start all over. Our friends show up. Who were told they would have to take a king suite also because that's all they had. They get there and are given a double but first their key wouldn't open their door. The security guard came and tried his computer box thing. It wouldn't open it either. So they were moved to another room, which was another double. All this, plus the parking wasn't big enough for all the guest. So our friends had to park over at the gas station. All this after being at Children's Hospital with our grandson all evening after he was life flighted in.

The staff was very hospitable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Our room was clean and very comfortable which made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a variety of items.

The hotel is not bad, the service is average, it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast doesn't have the best variety. The area where it is located is not the best to say at least, but is useful for workers from other states to get benefit of the hotel location.
