I had a traumatizing experience with the owner of this shop when I was pregnant with my first child. Not bad, not unpleasant, but TRAUMATIZING. We were purchasing a crib through her store, and I still cannot think back on the experience without cringing. Her employees were kind, but she was rude, erratic, and came across as very unstable. At one point she called me yelling and I at first thought she had confused me with someone else. I am a teacher and I believe in ALWAYS treating others with respect, even during a difficult conversation. After the scary phone call, my husband came with me to the store to have a conversation with her when our child was 6 weeks old and our crib still had not arrived. I had to wait outside because her yelling caused my blood pressure to spike and her employee was crying by the end of the exchange (because of her!) Since that time, I have talked to many who have had similar experiences. I can only imagine the owner will have a twisted or untrue response to this review but please hear my words: Do NOT give this store your business. I received a boys ' "holiday" pants set for my grandson. Nothing about this set suggested holiday. The collar on the polo style top featured a Christmas plaid. However the collar on the set I received had no red, just green and black. The pants were black corduroy. The effect was depressing not festive. I will give this to the next clothing drive that comes around. Look very closely at the photos, but what you see may not be what you get.

No one answers the phone! I was trying to find a dress in a certain size, left a message and they texted two weeks later. Great. To tell me they don't have the size (it was out online as well). Terrible customer service. I've called 3 times and no one picks up.

Janel and her team will work above and beyond to create anything or find whatever you can imagine. Hip hip hooray has created multiple customized shirts, dresses, bloomers—the list could go on and on...most recently I loved a new dress they had received in store. It was sold out, but Janel worked her magic and found it! It's my go-to store, and I live outside of the DFW metroplex. In hip hip hooray I trust.

I've always had a great experience at HHH. Lots of darling clothes and accessories to choose from and are all high quality heirloom pieces. You know when you purchase something from here it can be passed on and will wear extremely well!

Love, love, love this store! The owners (two sisters- yay female owned small businesses) are so incredibly kind, helpful and conscious of your price point. I've bought some amazing classic pieces that I will treasure forever, and they also carry excellent every day play clothes that last through countless washes.

Not a lot of choices for our favorite brands. Nothing is ever on sale with the exception of Jan 2 and July 5. Most recently, we contacted the store for a particular dress, no reply to date. Went elsewhere with much better customer attention.

I had bluebonnet pictures done about a week ago, I went in to see Janelle to ask her about my sons outfit I had picked out. We decided the one I had picked out at home wasn't going to work, so we picked an outfit out there and she had it monogrammed within hours since I had pictures that night!!! That is top customer service and that is hard to find! I'll always remember it and continue shopping at such an adorable boutique with the best staff!!

Far too traditional for my taste and incredibly over priced. Also, we experienced very poor customer service. I've noticed this about a lot of Dallas boutiques, though. You would think for a small business, they would go above and beyond to make their customers feel most welcome and comfortable. They don't.
