The wait once you get to a room is a little long sometimes. Maybe depends on how emergent your case is, but otherwise the staff has been friendly each time and helped with our situations.

So professional and affordable. Took my bunny for some care and they took there time with her and treated her. Shes doing well now and couldn't be happier.
