i see others have had issues here too. save your peace, don’t go here. i called today in question about watch repairs and the man completely blew me off saying i don’t care about your watch. every call back was a disaster from him. stay away from here.

Woaaahhh!!! This man is RUDE!!! Tried to tell him about a watch id like to sell and he told me they already have two or three of them then hung up on me!

The older man working there this afternoon was hellaciously rude to me!! I came in bringing some of my grandmother's jewelry. I was hoping I could speak to someone about how I could go about getting it properly priced, and how I could safely sell it (as I do not feel safe advertising it on craigslist, ebay, etc). The minute I walk into the Jewel Box and begin to speak the man tells me, "I have no interest in these things!", which is fine. However, I had tried to ask him then if he could provide a service to have it priced or give me a suggestion about how I can go about safely selling it. Well, I never got a word out! Because every time I began a sentence the man kept yelling, "THEN WHAT PRICE DO YOU WANT FOR IT?" I have NEVER been spoken to that way before at an establishment that is suppose to provide a service to its customers. I finally just turned around and left (though I had a few choice words for him) and as I was leaving out the door he yells at me "SELL IT ON EBAY". If he would have allowed me to speak then I would have told him that I wasn't interested in that, that I'd like to have it correctly priced, how to go about safely selling it outside of craigslist, ebay, etc. but I wasn't even given the chance to speak! Though he may have beautiful jewelry in his store this man's professionalism, character, and tone was UGLY.

Standing outside when, what I assume, the owner comes up in a pissy mood. There was a cup on the window and he grabbed it and tossed it in front of us to the street. Whatever was in the cup went everywhere. Then he got in his car and drove off. We were with our kid and he scared us. I'm was shocked at how rude the guy was. Have never and will never go to this place!!!

I called to get a feel for what inventory they offer. He was very rude on the phone, taking no time to ask any questions about what I needed. In short he just said he could not help me.
