My experience was nothing but positive from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. I barely had any waiting time. The entire team was very helpful and they were very thorough with their examinations. Their service was exquisite and professional. When the nurse drew blood, I told him that he was the first person to ever draw blood from me without it feeling uncomfortable, or having to take several minutes to find a vein. It was extremely clean in the entire facility. The entire process, including waiting on labs, only took about 2 hours. This morning, they called to check on my progress. This is the type of place I would recommend to anyone who needs ER support.

I went to this ER with so much pain in my stomach and left feeling so much better. The nurse who saw me was Alfonso and he took great care of me. He was super patient, compassionate and understood my fear of needles and didn’t make me feel dumb. The other nurse (I didn’t catch her name) but she was really compassionate as well. The facility was also really clean and comfortable. Dr Attebery saw me and he was also compassionate and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve had to come to this ER twice now, and both times I was met with very professional, kind, and caring help. They took my situation and handled it cool, calm, and collectively. I 100% recommend this facility and its employees to anyone in need of healthcare assistance. 5 Stars! Thank you Highland Park ER Team! Y’all are the best

They were fast. Attentive. And Dr Aponte listened to this nurse as a pt.Shanita RN..Jess MA and Cindy FD. We’re all great and attending my every need. They have never failed me each time I seek their ER visit. Thanks to all!!!

Highland Park ER deserves a 5-star rating for their exceptional care. Dr. Aponte was phenomenal, combining expertise with genuine concern, guiding me through every step. Priscilla (Paramedic) and Brittany (RN) provided compassionate support, while Corey (rad tech) ensured a smooth process with professionalism while being funny. This team made all the difference in my experience. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have three super rare diseases and being so chronically ill is exhausting. I’m in the ER almost twice a month for some complication and usually the experience is miserable. The doctor here had only seen any of my diseases a handful of times in her career but that didn’t matter at all.When I say my doctor (I’m so sorry I forgot her name), Cliff (my nurse), and even the receptionist are true angels sent directly from the heavens. The doctor truly heard my complaints and verbally acknowledged she knew the pain I was in was severe and she was going to help me. I was there for maybe 90 minutes and I literally could not of been happier with an emergency room experience. The doctor asked how my diseases affect me and said she was learning something from asking that. I love that she said that and I love wasn’t afraid of to tackle any sort of weird or rare disease like she’s been a specialist for her whole career.I cannot thank everyone enough and as someone who is chronically ill and is, unfortunately, heavily involved in the healthcare system please trust that this place will do nothing but make the best decisions for your health and wellbeing.

Oh my God when I tell you, no one likes to be sick, but having to be sick and come to this place the care, the efficiency, the non-wait time that you have is Impeccable Dr Muniz was so kind and was so warm and made me feel so comfortable. Amazing guy like hands-down 10 out of 10. Shanita Was my nurse for the night she was a blessing as well. She Made sure I was comfortable when she gave me my IV. She didn’t have to stick me too many times she didn’t one shot so grateful for her when I got cold she gave me extra blankets ( HEATED MIGHT I ADD ?) they literally will make you feel like you’re at home and your family is taking care of you. Kim was very nice to me and I appreciated that because you need kind people around you when you’re sick and Cindy at the front desk came through at the end of my visit and gave me some snacks and some juice to get my energy back up and I was so grateful for that literally this is the best team in Dallas. I wouldn’t go to another emergency room and I almost hate that they’re this great because I feel like at some point 1001 people are gonna want to come here??, but I have to give them their praise they are just amazing!!!! I’m so grateful for this team they got me in and out. Literally probably a five minute wait time before I started to get seen just amazing so grateful. Thank you guys for assisting me truly!!!

Excellent DR Karusso and nurse. 2nd time for Dr Karusso……AWESOME!!! Very efficient operation and was seen in a mater of minutes. Have been using for the last 3+ years with the same high quality service.

I once lived in walking distance and now work not too far from this location. They were so very nice and accommodating. After the first visit in 2022, they even sent a hand written note to me. That was stellar in this "not so personal" world. Thanks again and keep doing the amazing work and providing an invaluable service to the community!!!

Fast and friendly staff. Wasn’t there more than 30 mins. Came in for what I knew to be strep throat and my test was confirmed. Would hate to come back lol but definitely will be my first choice.
