I've been trying to call this location for 2 days... the automated system does not give me an option for the questions that I have! when I press the number to speak to a local person it automatically hangs up on me!I guess Hertz doesn't want my business for spring break?

Tried calling this branch several times to make a reservation, as it stated online they do not take online reservations. The phone system will disconnect you every time unless you contact emergency roadside service. Upon arriving, I found out they do not even rent at this location! Horribly mismanaged and confounding lack of customer service.

I am very happy we found this company. The sales associates are phenomenal and can assist with your every need. They are knowledgeable about the cars they have and can provide great assistance during your purchasing. Each car is very nice, too many good ones to choose from! If you can work with Christy she is awesome at what she does.

We just got a new car from them and it was easily one of the easiest car buying experiences. It was a great deal on a newer car with low mileage! Highly suggest them!!!

Due to the main problem with Hertz at the national level, they do not deserve to be in business. Please watch the videos on youtube regarding their shady business.Hundreds of cases where Hertz make false claims getting hundreds arrested AND/OR thrown in jail for a few hours or months.THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE GIVEN ANYMORE BUSINESS. maybe 1 or 2 honest mistakes but HUNDREDS and potentially ruining your life? NOPE!STOP USING HERTZ!

I will not go to this shop to buy a car in the future. The efficiency is too poor. The license plate of the car I bought two months ago has not been received, and now the temporary license plate has expired。In addition, their sales staff did not actively deal with the problems we reported, nor did they reply to messages and emails. I don't know how such shops can still remain open.

Was great untill I got into a situation where I could not return the car...I did not feel safe driving around in the car,.. so every time they called asking for the car I told them that I where the car was parked and then they would say that I needed to call roadside assistance... Which was not true.... They have a great crew working even offered to pay to have some one come over from the location that I borrowed it from and they said nope... We will not come pick up the car. So there the car sat for an extra three weeks and then it was towed away... At a great amount gear of them saying I stole the car... But all things being equal I am keeping my reco the same... These folk have the worse customer service . Their roadside assistance team sucks . I was wrongfully charged and I’m still trying to get the charges removed . Long hold time , everyone confused , no resolution. People working from home without any knowledge . Literally have called this place 50 times in one weekend just to get them to read a note to remove charges ...I will never ever go through this company again . I remained on hold , thinking one guy was helping me and he never came back to the line . I guess he fell asleep at home . Who does this ..

hertz is a fraud. not once but twice i rented with them and returned the car on full and they charged me for fuel. the firat time she said the car took 2.5 gallons @9.99 a gallon (rip off). clearly the car showed full so who would take a car to the gas station if its showing full to put 2 gallons of gas makes 0 sense. i called and inuired about it they are telling me to sens a receipt. the second one the car was even on full took a picture of it bring it back no walked up to the counter they printed a receipt with a charge of 160 for gas and no one even inspected the car. i absolutely hate this company. they are frauds and they rip their customers off. i would never rent or recommend them ever. they have the absolute worst customer service. they are not for their consumers at all.

Whichever guy is answering (or not answering rather) the rental car phone today should be fired. He clearly has no interest in helping customers or helping your company gain business whatsoever. I called asking for help with a quote on a rental I'm trying to do in February. Because I'll be dropping off after hours on a Sat I was told I could give the keys to the sales department without being charged extra days.. when trying to book online I'm unable to put that I'm dropping off on Sat at all, it forces you to pay for the weekend. So I'm calling trying to get a reservation set up accurately at 11:30am, and it keeps going to customer service who says they're unable to help, I'll need to speak to the location directly who is currently on lunch and will be back at 1pm. Long lunch but fine. I call back at 2pm, and explain to the guy I need help with the reservation and he says "one second" and places me on hold for 5 minutes and then transfers me to customer service.. I call back several times (probably 6-7) with no answer. Finally he answers when I call from a different number and when he realizes it's me as I said "sir you just transferred me to customer service but..." and he says "one second" and there I go back to customer service. I've called back over 15 times and he will not answer. Simply needed some help with a reservation but that was too much work for your sales rep. Guess I'll be renting elsewhere! Thanks for nothing Hertz :)
