I love Herz car rental so much. I hate Avis/Budget/Dollar/Enterprise. I will only rent from Herz. Herz makes renting a car such a smooth process. From booking, heading straight to your car, car inventory (top tier), returning vehicle all smooth processes while being on a time crunch. The Love Field location has the best employees also. They are always so kind and efficient. Herz has been one of my best decisions. All other car rental companies have been trash. I'm never giving them another dime. Keep up the grand work Herz your customers recognize the exceptional service.

Four days, mid-Oct. 2025. Car worked okay and price was reasonable, but we reserved a Nissan Rogue (SUV) or similar and got a Buick Envista, which is smaller than a Rogue. We could barely fit our two suitcases in the back. The car was black inside and out, which is hot in the Texas sun. Also, when we turned the car in, the price was $23 more than quoted at reservation. They did not give or email me a receipt.

The pickup process was easy enough but the car interior was not properly cleaned, smelled like smoke and the key fob battery was dead and didn’t work. Poor QC.

The worst rental experience I’ve ever had. It shouldn’t take 2 hours to get a car that was reserved ahead of time.

I signed up ahead of time for Hertz Gold Membership… it’s free. I used my AAA discount and it was by-far the best rate I could find. I was able to skip the line, car was ready right when I got there and I was out of the gate in no time. My car was super clean and was perfect for what I needed it for. Car rental return was equally easy and quick… everyone was so friendly! I don’t understand the negative reviews; definitely recommend.

Quick, easy, cheaper then other rentals. Answered all my questions and drop off at a different location was cheaper and easier than any other location.
Enterprise and Budget are rip offs and horrible at the Dallas Love Field locations.

The lady who did the rental process was very nice. No issues there. They did not do a very good job cleaning the car. Inside windshield was a mess and there was trash under the seats.

Easy access with quick free shuttle service, friendly staff, great car options, easy check out and check in. The car provided was excellent.

Check in process was good and fast. Friendly staff member. Check out was a little annoying. The staff member didn't seem to want to give me a paper receipt, I had to ask twice. He made me wait too long for the receipt so I ended up leaving. Thankfully, the email receipt showed up. Either the staff member doesn't know how to print receipts or he made me wait to spite me. Either way it was annoying

I was charged more than $3500 for 6 days. I don't think it should be this much for a 7-seat car rental.

Let me tell you about my experience with Miss Kathy at the Dallas Hertz. She made me feel like I had a warm-hearted Texas grandma right there by my side. Her sweet, caring professionalism turned what had been a long day of flying into a truly great experience when picking up my rental car for the week.
