Too slow, I arrived and I had to wait 30 minutes to see the agent to pick up my car, as I had to wait for another customer to pick up her car, then the agent said that her car was not ready and it needed to be washed, so I had to wait for that to be done. Then, after she left, I was told that the car that I had reserved several days earlier also needed to be washed before I could get it....... hello......if you know that you have cars scheduled for pickup and they need to be cleaned.......then clean them and have them ready for pickup....unbelievable, I wasted an hour there because of incompetence and dirty cars, I have rented probably a thousand cars, normally Hertz is better than this.

So hard to get a hold of them needed a rental was stuck at service king for was told they would call me back right away it's been 5 days no phone call no answer since then absolutely unacceptable

Hard to reach - assume they were very busy but did eventually get a call back from a nice guy who answered my question. Also very helpful after the return.

Booked a car got to the rental office and was informed that they over booked and no more cars were available sorry. Very poor service and no respect for my time. Enterprise here I come!!

Wish these reviews had been visible on the booking app I used, I would have never rented from them if I had known what I'd be in for.Booked a car to drive to Albuquerque for Christmas, showed up around 8-8:30am and didn't get on the road until an hour later. We reserved a "midsize SUV" and got a subcompact "SUV." We could barely even fit our kids' carseats in it, and only enough cargo space for 3 small suitcases. I thought if they didn't have your booked car available you were supposed to get something BETTER?Worst of all, the photos taken of the condition of the car beforehand were shrunken down and deliberately avoided the lower passenger-side corner of the windshield where a pre-existing crack was located. We were told he had documented everything so we assumed that included the crack. Lo & behold when we returned the car (which we had to just leave outside the front gate because there was no secure return area) they claimed WE were responsible for the windshield crack because their photos didn't show it. No kidding, because there WERE no photos of it! And they're saying we declined some Loss Damage Waiver which I certainly don't recall seeing nor would it even make sense to decline such a thing, so they want us to cough up $500+ for a crack they knew was already there.DO NOT rent from this location and frankly I would not rent from ANY Hertz ever again. Their business operations are shady as hell and they will scam you out of hundreds of dollars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I rented my car through the supervisor online and she was unresponsive. I could not get a hold of the location at all. The location was impossible to find- not marked. Address is 116111 LBJ. When j finally got there- no one was at desk, once I found someone- my reservation didn't show up- they finally found it. Car was not ready. I am glad I wasn't in a hurry. I will continue to use enterprise. This was my first experience with Hertz- not a good one.

I had a reservation at a hertz in Mesquite the rep there told me his computer was down, and wasn't sure when it would be back up, I went to Hertz rental in Garland at Jupiter Chevrolet very difficult to find BTW just walk in the dealership ask someone, The Rep Delwin was very busy, but helpful he had me in, and out all within 30 min, this included the paper work, and also detailing the car himself.

I called the local Hertz branch to confirm my reservation of a rental pickup scheduled for February 20 at 9 AM. Upon arrival, I provided my name to the only person working in the office that is part of Jupiter’s Chevrolet in Garland, TX. He searched my name and couldn’t find my name in the system. He claimed there was another reservation for a pickup at 9 AM, but it was saved under another name, not mine. He went ahead and set me up with another reservation since I reserved for a mid-sized SUV, I ended up getting a mid-sized sedan. To be fair, I had a confirmation number Hertz provided to me upon reserving a rental on a notepad at work in my office. Clearly, I didn’t have it, but yet, my reservation didn’t get completed like I thought it did. Sadly, the person who helped me today was the same person who took my call on February 6th. I remembered his voice. I appreciate his professionalism and time to help me with the car. But whoever reads this, be sure to confirm your rental with the staff beforehand or bring in your confirmation number.

Hertz corporate technology is bad, bad, bad.Customer service 5 stars!!!! Corporate needs to invest in a website that actually tracks their vehicle inventory.Won't use tem again

I'm being generous giving them 1 star. Horrible. I dropped off my wrecked vehicle at the collision center at Jupiter Chevrolet & used the Hertz on their site. I got in the car and right off the bat the battery in the fob was dead. They told me to go to the parts department and buy a new battery out of my pocket, which I did. The lease was originally for Nov. 14th - Dec. 7th. Collision Center called on Nov. 28th and said they were totaling the vehicle. Then Hertz called and said I had to return the rental a week earlier on Dec. 1 instead of the 7th unless I wanted to pay late fees and additional rental charges. The car had already almost stranded me due to not starting. I got a jump from someone and made it home. On the morning of the 1st I went to return the car and it wouldn't start AGAIN! I tried to jump it again & nothing. Put a charge to it & still nothing. Called Hertz to come get it & they said they would. They never showed up. Called them again the next day & they said someone would definitely be by this time. I wasted a day waiting, they never showed again! The car was blocking my driveway. Finally I called them a third time on the 3rd & a tow truck driver finally came and got it. First they cut my rental time by a week, and then wouldn't come for three days to pick it up when the problem was THEIR car! Terrible experience! Never again.Steve H.

Hour of operation are incorrect on Google. I was scheduled for an appointment on Saturday at 11 am but come to find out this location is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It also says that they are open until 5 pm on weekdays when they actually close at 4 pm. Hope this is helpful! and hopefully the location corrects this.

Hertz associate was friendly and courteous. Car I had scheduled same day was ready for me to pick up. The dealership personnel were also friendly and made sure I was helped in a timely fashion. Would 100% rent from this location again.

Avoid this location. I dropped off a vehicle on a Thursday morning and the Hertz employee told me that I would receive a close out receipt soon.I hadn’t received anything by Thursday evening so I called Hertz corporate and they said the location hadn’t closed out the rental and would send them a reminder to do so.On Friday, I still hadn’t gotten the receipt so I called Hertz corporate again and they said I should definitely receive the email within 48 of dropping the car off and to call back if I didn’t have it by then.On Saturday afternoon, I still hadn’t gotten the receipt so I called Hertz corporate again. The initial representative said the local branch still hadn’t closed out the rental and that there was nothing they could do until then but that they could send another reminder to the branch to close it out. I ended up speaking to a manager who had to override the system to close out my rental.Clearly the branch doesn’t care/know what they’re doing so I had to worry for three days that I was going to get charged for extra days for the rental. Thankfully corporate was able to resolve the issue.

I am a 5 STAR Gold Hertz member and I have been renting with Broderick Parker at Hertz for a while now. Not a single time, I ever had any issue. Excellent Customer experience from Broderick. Clean and excellent automobiles, great location, Excellent Management skills. Mr. Parker is extremely professional and exceptional in Customer Care. He goes above and beyond to review your request and meet your needs, which makes him a highly experienced and professional in Car Rental industry. Again, Every time I rented at this location, my experience at this location was exceptional. Looking forward to rent again for Business and for pleasure during this year and years to come. Thank you again Broderick for maintaining high standards of quality service and Customer Care at Hertz Corp. I truly appreciate it.
