Booked a rental weeks in advance day of the car I needed was not available. Had to get a smaller car. No call ahead. No I’m sorry just do you want the rental or not? No customer service. Return the car in the same position I got the car with more gas than what I left a lot with got my final bill got charged an outside wash fee of $75. Spent an hour on the phone through automated just to get a hold of a life person. Luckily, I did get my money back. No one can explain the random outside wash fee feels shady. All they say it was an accident so I have to trust that it was an accident however something just doesn’t seem right there shady attitudes, bad customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would... was provided a reservation confirmation to this location and when I arrived was told they had no vehicles in the vehicle class I had rented... was instead offered my pick of 1 of 2 smaller class cars they had available, and was told that if that wouldn't work I would need to make calls myself around to other locations and confirm availability at a different location, then Uber to that location (after ubering to the first location) at my own expense... after 30 minutes of trying to get through to another hertz rental location to no avail.... canceling my reservation and going with their competitor... horrible, horrible experience and customer service.

I should have looked at the rating before renting a car from this Hertz branch. They canceled my rental the morning of by text and while I was on the plane heading into Dallas. I have issues like this with Hertz that why I prefer National Rentals but they were booked.

Every bad review about this place, I whole heartedly believe is justified. I normally rent from a competitor of theirs and have been for the past year after a horrible experience at another Hertz location over a year ago. Due to the increased prices at the competitor, I thought I would save a few dollars and rent from Hertz again. Bad Decision! I reserved a full size car days in advance; yet, when I arrived -the guy at the counter attempted to place me in a midsize car (I’m 6’1” by the way). I stated that I paid for a full size, will there be a refund for the difference in cost. He stated there’s nothing he could do and proceeded to attempt to place me in this car. I said I didn’t want the car and wanted to cancel. Oh by the way, while catching an attitude with me, he decided to start speaking aggressive with the customer service number to call and get a refund. Let’s just say I’m over Hertz.
Never again will I attempt to rent with any Hertz location. I’ve seen what they are doing at some airports with their AI return technology and how they are over charging customers, filing false stolen car reports, etc. I’ll skip the headache, financial woes, and embarrassment. I’ll be happy to pay for the increased price of a rental if the service I receive is better. Lesson learned!
I’ve already warned a friend who had a reservation (at this location) for next month to cancel theirs.
Hertz if you are reading this just know some of us care about where we spend our hard earned money and how we are treated as customers. Also, no generic reply is needed.

I once praised this location as my favorite Hertz rental location, but today I doubt I’ll ever use hertz corporation ever again.
I rented my first EV from this location and drove it to a wedding out of town. The branch manager assured myself and my friends that the vehicle was an efficient and effective way to travel to our destination. Unfortunately neither was proven to be true. The electric vehicle added about 2 hours of travel time to the trip by needing to be recharged and redirected back to the travel path after locating a safely lighted recharge station. The recharging process was not very fast or as cheap as the manager was able to facilitate to us. The billing for the recharging was not very clear and came as a separate bill added to the overall rental, a bill that came about 3 weeks after the end of the rental. The rental experience got even worse when damage was noticed in the ceiling of the EV’s interior cabin, but not very clear to see outside of the vehicle. Worried about my safety and the safety of my passengers I decided to contact the 800 number for hertz to report the damage and advise of my intention of swapping the EV for a safe and un damaged vehicle. I was given the green light to switch the vehicle prior to reaching the destination of the wedding. Once I was there at the 2nd Hertz branch I created a damage report and was given a replacement vehicle in the same Gold status that my initial car was under. I returned the 2nd vehicle without any other issues but received an email from Hertz a couple weeks later that “they noticed some damage to the vehicle and needed my car insurance in order to file a claim”.
As I’m thinking this damage as not being any of my fault I declined to give my car insurance information and instead informed the representative via email, that a damage report had already been completed. I sent the rep the damage report I got and assumed that would be the end of it. Now I always purchased the daily insurance coverage that the manager offered me at my initial pick up, but I didn’t feel obligated to inform the representative of this being that the damage was not my fault. As well as the damage being initially being reported by me, in the first place. I am taking the time out to right the review today because not only did the hertz corporation blame the damage to the EV on me.. they also placed the charges to repair the damage on my credit report. So as I currently look for a home, in this buyer’s market, I am unfortunately being denied due to false reports of damages to a vehicle being billed and placed on my credit file with derogatory remarks. I’d been with hertz for over a decade and had managed up points, with the Gold Club, to be able to rent multiple trips for free with rewards points! But I have been greatly stressed and inconvenienced by the experience at this branch. I believe you have lost a very loyal customer and cheerleader for this company! That’s a shame!

Below a one star, for sure.
Worst experience with a rental facility. Customer service was below standard, accompanied with a sarcastic smirk and let's get this out of the way attitude. The cars are filthy! The first car I tried to rent smelled like cigarettes and weed. The car was filthy dirty, and ripped seats. The staff looked at me like I was over reacting, because maybe they are used to living like that! Unprofessional, rude , and dirty facility. I will NEVER frequent a Hertz facility again.
Best way to describe in Spanish, "recontra babosos!" ... they deserve that and more.

One of the worst Hertz locations, we booked for a standard gas car they ended up giving us a Kia Niro which is a smaller car and electric, and they didn’t have anything else. We were not happy with it, so they told us to go to another location to get it swapped, also the agent working there needs to get some training on customer service because she was very rude

Ladia is the rudest, unhappiness "customer service agent" EVER. The location is shady af.after. When my insurance company called, they said they were completely astonished at the rude manager as well as the so called agent and are filing a complaint on this location. Avoid AT ALL COST!!!!

Terrible customer service, was redirected to this location since the original site was closed, clerk was disinterested in figuring anything out and just gave a few canned responses. Expected nothing and was still let down, thanks Hertz ?❤️
