I had a reservation for pickup after I dropped off my car for repairs. I arrive, the three guys are blasting music, and weren’t very helpful. Finally, one goes to check on availability. No cars available, “but some might be at another office, I don’t know. You’ll have to call around.” So I was stranded at this home with no way home. I won’t rent from hertz again.

I made a reservation for a sedan and received a confirmation. I checked in online to save time during pick up. I spent 40 minutes getting from my hotel to this Hertz location. Upon arriving, I was told that even though I have a reservation, they do not have any sedans. They only have SUVs and pickup trucks. No worries, right? Wrong. I will be required to pay 2.5X the cost to get into an SUV or a pickup truck. Here is how their deceptive marketing scam works. They give you a cheap online reservation. You make plans based on that. You then spend time, money, and effort to get to their shop. Then they upsell you at ridiculous prices. At this point, you are stuck, because you are already at the shop and you have plans made. So you have no choice but to pay up. If they cannot honor a reservation, why make it? I canceled and walked out. Avoid Hertz, especially at this location, at ALL COSTS. You have been warned. Check their BBB profile. This scam is their pattern and a class action waiting to happen.

I had a car pick up on Oct 8th. I was texted 15 minutes before car pick up time that they had no cars available. I asked when they would possibly have a car available, and I was told maybe 4 hours after my original scheduled pick up time. I had to go through a different car rental due to this.

Was directed here by Priceline on arrival I was told they mainly rent to insurance users. They might not have anything available for me because they insurance customers come first btw I booked online, caught a uber left went to enterprise got a car with no issues would give zero stars not convenient at all!!!!!!

Hi, I actually never had such a positive experience renting a car before. This place was amazing, the staff was kind, courteous, and overall very helpful in answering any questions about the whole process. Much love to my guy Kenneth, the actual GOAT. He greeted me, made me feel welcome, and helped out with the overall process. Give that man a raise!

I totally concur with the reviews of those that experience the exact same thing that I did. There's a problem between the corporation of Hertz with this location as well as the employees.
I came there for rental only to be told they had two electric cars and no one ever called me to notify me at closing the day before that my early morning reservation would not be available.
I had a real estate deal on the line where I had to get the car. I'm also a Hertz 5 star Gold Member 13 years plus.
It was early morning so I had coffee asked to use the restroom was told the nearest restroom was at the 7-Eleven down the street the African-American man and a being African-American myself not that I was looking for any favoritism but another post alluded to his behavior and I was met with the exact same disconnected, aloof attitude. He had absolutely NO concern in the world as to my plight or offering any assistance.
Decades plus of experience has taught me that no rental car company guarantees anything so I had a backup reservation for another Hertz location and was able to get my needs met and go on and close my real estate deal.
So just avoid this location at all costs it's not worth the hassle maybe if it closes due to lack of business that would be a good thing for all

If I could give it zero stars I would! Save your time and don’t even bother coming here. We booked a reservation at this location only to arrive and be told that it’s an insurance only location and they do not have cars available? If that’s the case then why even allow customers to select that location for reservations? On top of that the reps were highly unreliable and did not even attempt to assist. Hertz has to stop wasting people’s time AND MONEY with this nonsense. Now I have to uber to another location. Remove the location from your site if it’s not providing vehicles. Put a notice on the door. Something.

This man is so unprofessional & couldn’t care less about anything. He does not seem to care about this job. I book a reservation , i get to the location … THEY HAVE NO CARS. How can you allow a customer to book and have no cars !!! They say that Hertz has 1 big inventory of cars so if you book a car - there’s no telling what location has the vehicle. That’s pretty STUPID. I have to work !!! This has ALL been an inconvenience & waste of time . The guy with the lock (pictured) couldn’t have cared less & did nothing to even try to help. He just kept stuffing his fat face with snacks & scrolling on instagram . I am a loyal hearts member but I will not do business with Hertz again.

What a horrible experience from start to end. I showed up after booking a reservation two weeks prior, and was told there were no cars in the facility. Then they had the audacity to tell ME to start making calls to other facilities to try and find another solution when they sat there doing nothing - despite them not being able to fulfill their guarantee of my reservation. They said they were unable to communicate with other branches and could not look up on their Hertz computers what other locations might have cars. After an hour of me calling customer service and trying to figure it out they did find a car, but when I got in it it was filthy - had someone else's hair all over the back seat and the seats were stained. Plus it only had a quarter of a tank of gas. This place is a scam and I would strongly advise you to book elsewhere - literally anywhere else.

Awful. They only accept insurance company rentals. Otherwise they won’t give you a car even if you rented in advance. AVOID! Or else you will waste a day here. It’s worth spending more elsewhere.

This place is such a joke! Whenever my vehicle is damaged or was stolen I used them everything was all good until they rented me out a car with a broken glass and said I had to pay for it and they have proof. I will not be responsible for something I didn’t do! I was suppose to talk to the claim department and circles where the car was damaged and all and they still saying I have to pay I think not this is a scam you all are not being truthful just scams that’s won’t scam me check pictures before and after. They didn’t take the photos at the same angle they claim I damaged it!!! Told me I had to use my insurance company as an advocate because they messed up instead of owning up they rather lose a customer and scam us into paying for damages that were already there. Keep in my this was after I turned in the car 2 weeks later received a called! They don’t do their job.
