So my Fiancé and I were chair shopping and we're potentially looking at Herman miller. Mind you this was before the meltdown their CEO had on a leaked town hall. Finally getting to their location off Knox, there was a sign on the door saying we needed to make a appointment online before coming in. Even though every site we could find showing their hours said they were opened. This was around 1pm on a Tuesday. So we decide to get lunch near by. My fiancé decided to make another pass after lunch, seeing if they had come back from a break. Lights were on this time but paper remained. Needless to say, I'm glad I saved my 7k and will not do business with a backwards company.

Best office chair ai have ever sat in is the Herman Miller Aeron. If you spend your day sitting in front of a machine then spring for this chair. Besides for your mattress, you'll spend the most amount of time sitting

Manager Kayti was very helpful and helped me order a Embody chair with my company discount. Story is very clean and she also helped me with sizing and posture adjustments.Highly recommend you come in and do a test drive here before making a purchase.

Claims to be open but the doors are locked and they won’t make eye contact. Tried their phone and no answer. As a original Herman Miller product owner, this sort of behavior by their salespeople turns me away from the brand and this specific location off of McKinney Avenue.

It's a fabulous showroom where they can help you find where you can purchase product and learn about all of the wonderful furniture.
It doesn't function as a store. Due to the vastness of the Herman Miller portfolio, they can't show everything Herman Miller has to offer. But they can provide you with information on where you can purchase the Herman Miller products you're looking for e.g. Nelson beds, the Eames rocker, etc.

Amazingly beautiful showroom. The showroom is so well put together. It is open airy and the furniture is so well built.
