I wanted to share my exceptional experience at my favorite Sprouts location. Not only is it conveniently located, but it consistently delivers top-notch quality in produce and food items. The staff members, particularly Lashonda in the vitamin department, go above and beyond. Lashonda's knowledge is impressive; she keeps me informed about sales and assists me in finding the perfect vitamins, probiotics, skincare products, and more. Moreover, Eric, one of the managers, sets an incredible standard for customer service. His warm greeting and genuine interest in customers' well-being make every visit a delight. Eric even steps in to help at the cashier, ensuring smooth checkout experiences even during busy times.
Overall, the store is always immaculate, well-stocked, and exudes a welcoming atmosphere. Sprouts has truly become my go-to destination for quality products and exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for consistently exceeding my expectations.”
“I come way from Cedar Hill to this location bc I saw that the ones closer to me have rude customer service. Even when the young lady is direct, to me it's not rude. She just be trying to get order in the store bc everytime they make signs on the floor for the line, they get scratched up so a lot of the times you gotta guess where you at and remember mfas will come in and act like they don't see you and cut. People just be letting em do it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, the customer service is cool. They get you in and out and not rude about it to me.”

OMG - The chicken pot pie is the most incredible one I’ve EVER had!!!! Crust perfectly crusty flakey with awesome flavors overall and perfect balance of ingredients. I was totally blown away!!! I’ve had many over the years and nothing worth commenting on. This one is so awesome I ate the whole 4 portion pie!! I could stop!!! Ugh. Indigestion 101 and I’ll do it again tomorrow!!!!

The store is clean and bright and produce is organic and much better quality than The Thumb. “While I can agree that pricing at gnc is not always great, I can also say that when is getting in shape ever cheap? I have a lot to disagree with in the review section. My experience at GNC has always been the same before attending the one at this precise location; boring, confusing, and flat out lost. My past experiences with GNC employees have always been awkward and boring. Most of the time they're on their phones, ignoring me, rude, or completely lost on their knowledge when it comes to supplements, but when I came to this gnc there were two swole workers, a man with glasses and a woman with colored hair, that were helpful as anyone I've dealt with before. The man not only guided me on what pre workouts are great for me but also had his facts on check, he gave me tips and was very nice. The woman with colored hair was charismatic as was the man with glasses and she was helpful too. She listened very well and also knew her facts. Both were on their feet back and forth doing work, never being lazy or checking their phones. GNC needs people like this if they want to bring in more customers. Overall I had a great experience.”
