Tony and Skip are the only people I will use for body and paint work from now on. They are friendly and want what is best for the customer to get to the best price for work (in the metroplex). My brother recommended them to me after he had work done and I have taken 2 of our vehicles there and couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!!

I had Titan repaint my wife's car when she bashed her bumper, and they repaired numerous small dings and scratches. These guys missed a couple, including a dent in the fender right next to the repair. His excuse was that he "couldn't see it." They promised to repair it the next time their paintless dent repair guy came in, and they'd call me. They never called. They stopped returning my calls about it after a few months. A reflector strip on the bumper they repaired fell off a few weeks later. I won't use them again and don't recommend them.

Tony, Charlie and Skip are the absolute best. Having just moved to Dallas and unfortunately ruining the back right passenger door of my 2016 Subaru Outback I wasn't sure where to take it to. I looked online and checked out the reviews and portfolios of work from all the local body shops and ultimately decided Titan Collision & Auto Paint was the best choice. I will never go anywhere else for work, their kindness and knowledge went a long way in my choice as well as their actual work being immaculate. Don't bother going anywhere else, titan collision is the only place you should be taking any car that needs body/paint work. Thanks once again Tony!! Edit: forgot to mention they will beat any price, best I could find out of 10 body shops in the Dallas area! Truly care about the work they do for their customers.

My husband found Titan Collision online and we decided to use them due to their excellent reviews. They have been so wonderful that I wanted to add my own review. As so many others have pointed out, the customer service is above and beyond. I've used Titan Collision two times this year and both times I've felt extremely well taken care of and, as another reviewer pointed out, like I'm in a small town. I've worked with both Skip and Charley and I felt like they took very good care of me. They were even able to secure a rental for me (which has been difficult in these unprecedented times). In situations where I needed repairs that Titan does not service, they made recommendations. The people they referred me to were also fairly priced and skilled technicians. I highly recommend Titan Collision. I've referred them to friends and I will continue to use them in the future.

Meant to write this review months ago. I bought a little fun car that needed some work. Some of this work was cosmetic and needed to be address right away. After reading some reviews decided to pay this shop a visit. Titan Collision and Skip did an amazing job at a very fair price. Timing was a bit off but not an issue at all. They painted the back bumper and matched the Porsche paint fantastically, cant tell at all new paint from existing. I will be coming back to get the whole car resprayed in the next couple of months. Titan and Skip have won a customer for life.

Been talking our cars to Marino's Texaco in Richardson for over 20 years,. When I scratched up the front bumper of my red car on the grey garage I asked them to recommend a body shop. They gave the all thumbs up to Titan Collision, so I gave them a call this morning and talked to Skip, who told me to bring it in and he would have a look. I met him as soon as I arrived and he came right out to the car to survey the damage (which had looked pretty bad to me - but fortunately no dents). Then he went back to the office, returned with some bottles and rags and proceeded to get all the grey off. Then added a bit of polishing with some more elbow grease and all that was left were a few non descript scratches. He advised that the car being seven years old probably was not worth the cost of a complete new front bumper paint job. I concurred and after less than ten minutes I was back on the road with NO $$$$ out of my pocket. THANKS, SKIP - I'll be sure and recommend Titan Collision & Auto Paint to any one that needs your services!
