They have mold in the vents ‼️‼️‼️ know about the problem they still choose to put the unit for rent!! They don’t care about the welfare of the tenants!! They just want to scam and make more money ‼️‼️‼️‼️ don’t just rent because it cheap! In the long run it’ll cost more ‼️‼️‼️

So, we just moved into Haskell Flats and honestly, it's pretty awesome. First off, it's safe since it's gated and there’s assigned parking, which is really convenient. There's also a gym here, which is a huge plus, and everyone's been friendly.
When we were signing the lease, Yesenia helped us out. She was super nice and professional, answered all our questions, and made everything really easy to understand. Jessica, the property manager, is also great. She gets back to us super fast whenever we have questions, and she's been really professional about everything.
I’d totally recommend Haskell Flats if it’s within your budget. It's a great place to live!

I enjoyed my time at the Haskell Flat apartments!!!
I lived here for 1 year and had a great experience. Only Relocating due to going back to college!
Despite that this was my first apartment I can tell you I’m already missing it! Other than that the maintenance was on top of it! I had no major issues. Staff was always on top of things.The property manager Jessica! was very professional and accessible! :))))
I would recommend this location to family or friends ! 10/10.
