Tiny paint drips on my front door resulted from repaint of the hallways. I sat down and entered the building app and asked if they would be removed. I leashed my terrier and headed to elevator to take my dog out. I past maintenance on the way. My door had been repainted with we returned from the walk.

The property is so well maintained and the staff are friendly. I hardly ever put in a maintenance request, but when I do they come in the same day! I have no complaints.

I originally moved here in 2023 and just transfered to a bigger apartment because I loved the property so much I wanted to stay. Sam made both moves easy and was so attentive and responsive I cannot say enough good things about him. If you can choose to work with him I would 100% recommend it. Thank you Sam!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sam Elaraby at Harvest Loft! From the moment I walked in, Sam was so welcoming and made sure that the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and answered all my questions with such patience, kindness, and professionalism. The apartments themselves are fantastic. If you're looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Harvest Loft—and if you're lucky enough to work with Sam, you’re in the best hands possible! He's the best leasing agent I've ever met, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! You can't go wrong with living here, everything is so close by and the people are fantastic. I love that the gym is well furnished and always open. The best part is the farmers market every weekends along side so many other events!

I am so glad I found this place! Apartment hunting in Dallas is tough, but Sam made the process very easy for me with answering any questions I had at any time of the day. He was very energetic during our tour and we really appreciated that! This complex is located in a great area with the Farmer's Market and Downtown, as there is always something fun to do around here. Even after moving in, Sam is very welcoming of any concerns and questions I have.

Trying to settle on a place to live in Dallas was becoming an overwhelming process until I met Axam. He was so welcoming and took his time showing me several units, educating me on the market and community. From beginning to end Axam was professional, positive, and responsive. This is a beautiful apartment complex with an exemplary staff whom are all kind and treat us like family. The staff members go out of their way for me. I'm only 4'11" and I'm 97 pounds, and I was crushed by a utility cart, which busted up my upper body. Sam and Axom carry my heavy parcels to my apartment as I can no longer lift while I'm in physical therapy. The apartments are very clean and the hallways smell good. The maintenance staff is great and so is the cleaning staff. There are no bugs here. Exterminators come in and make sure that every apartment stays bug, free. There are yearly fire inspections, which make me feel a lot safer. The apartments are very well insulated, as well as having very thick walls between the apartments. I cannot even hear my neighbors next door. I can't even hear their dog bark because the walls are very thick. I couldn't ever have imagined that in apartment complex could be so quiet between each apartment sharing common walls. The security here is excellent and is available 24/7. I have a fear of fires, most of all. These apartments have fire suppression sprinklers with the red tubes in them. The red tubes sense temperatures at about 165°. I was studying fire safety equipment and I found out that only yellow tubes are more sensitive and are only available for commercial use in businesses that use very flammable materials. Someone had a cooking fire a few years ago. The fire suppression, sprinkler, put the fire out before the Fire Department even got here. The fire department got here quick. I feel so safe with so many fire stations and police stations and hospitals being within close distance. I never met a mean neighbor in this big building. Everyone has been so kind. This is the place I will most likely call home for the rest of my life.??

We lived here for about 1.5 years and it was one of the best experiences living in an apartment building. Place was always kept clean. Staff is by far the the most helpful and accommodating especially Sam, Axam and Felicia that we interacted with mostly. The Farmers Market is a huge plus. Always something to do on the weekends if you want to. I wish we didn't have to move but because of work we had to move out because I got transferred to Irving. Overall I will give Harvest Lofts 10 out of 10.

Sam is a great leasing agent! He was always super helpful since the first day I came to check out the apartment as well when moving in! I’m so glad everything has been going great and love the complex and the environment around it. Sam and the whole leasing office crew are always willing to help.

I’ve been at Harvest Lofts for about two years, and would easily recommend anyone who is interested in living here make the move. Since move in day, the staff and leasing agents have been nothing but kind, helpful, and responsive. Everyone works tirelessly to make sure your experience living here is as enjoyable as possible. Community events are held frequently, and the proximity to the Farmers Market is a big plus. Maintenance requests were always resolved quickly, and any issues I had were always heard and addressed. I would very happily recommend living at Harvest Lofts.

From the time I toured the apartments to my move in months later it has been a great experience thanks to Axam. He was so knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly to myself and my family. I moved across country and felt I was in good hands. Although my current apartment was not available to view the day I toured, Axam made sure to show me a video tour, receive tours of 2 other units and show me the view from my actual apartment. He was very thorough. Move in day was seamless and my apartment was in great condition. I’ve been here a months and enjoy living here as well as all the amenities we have here.

Our moving process has been so easy and the staff here has been great. No hassle and so helpful about everything. Sam Elaraby has been phenomenal and helped so much. No complaints at all. Beautiful unit as well.
