But they are still my go to location for anything pertaining to car parts up to plumbing parts for your home and other various items. I would suggest you call to see if they are open before you go there.?”

While their customer service is commendable—something you'd expect given the clientele—there was a significant hiccup with my order. I had arranged for a delivery, promised for the next day at 5 PM, but when the time came, there was no delivery. After 50 hours without any updates, I decided to call. To my surprise, I was informed that my items were on backorder and wouldn't arrive for about a month.

“Bought my son a welder for his 16th birthday. Needed supplies, so I stopped by metroplex welding with a bunch of stupid questions. Told Jason what I needed, and ask what should I get. There's a lot of choices when buying supplies for welding. And I certainly do not know what was the best option. He told me what I needed, and what I didn't need. Got me set up for TIG, mig, and the gas needed. Definitely a place I will return. Because you don't know what you don't know. Told him I'd be back after we were ready to get more stuff. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Don't be afraid to be honest and ask questions. I went about 10:00 a.m., he said early in the morning It's a zoo because there's so many people picking up items. So if you need to ask questions and don't want to get lost in the shuffle, time your visit.”
