I’ve been coming here for the few years I’ve been in Texas. Today I finally got the shampoo/detailing service for $159. I’m so in love with the job they did!! They worked really hard. Took about an hour and we just waited. I appreciate them so much!! It smells and looks GREAT!

This people are number one racist, I have never got a good clean of my car. The guy scrubbing the car before you get in the revolving machine, he does it casualy as compared to what he does to other cars ahead of me.

One of the guys hit my car with the brush while he was brushing my car. I heard the sound when he hit it. It came from the right side. This happened today April2nd, 2024, between 5:09pm and 5:26pm. In the picture, you can see my car has a missing piece of pain. My car isn't old. It's brand new. It's year 2024. The guy that hit it apparently is the manager. He gave me a business card to speak to a manager, but it looks like the details belong to him. I want to speak to the owner!!!

I went through the car wash and the revolving, drying rags got caught on my driver’s side mirror and tore it right off. When I brought it up to the workers, they tried just sticking it back on when it clearly was completely broken. They just gave me a business card to speak with their manager and sent me on my way. Worst car wash experience

Fr don’t come here. Paid like $8 but they use a broom to scrub your car before it it scratched my paint and now my paint is chipping. Wth

Paid for an exterior wash and interior detail. They appeared to use the same towels that they just used on another car to wipe down my leather seats ? when I got home I wiped them down again with leather seat wipes and the wipe was dirty when I was done.Also, I had to wipe off dirt on the grill of the car that was missed by them. I am a woman of Mexican descent that does not speak Spanish fluently.I went to go have my car washed and vacuumed yesterday afternoon. I looked for places in my area and the one closest to me had excellent reviews and very fair prices. I pulled up and noticed that most if not all the employees seemed to be Hispanic. My anxiety had kicked in a bit. Thankfully, the manager who greeted me in Spanish was kind, I greeted back in Spanish. When I told him what wash I wanted in English he was still kind and professional. When I left the wash and headed to the spot where they would vacuum, one of the employees gestured that I needed to go wait inside. Before this, I noticed that one of the other employees was what felt like “studying” me. She didn’t seem to like what she saw and began singing along to her AirPods very loudly in Spanish. Whatever, right? My anxiety kicked in more. I wasn’t sure if I needed to leave them my keys so once I got out, I asked her “Do you need my keys.” She stared at me with mean eyes and said “hmm?” I asked again and she replied, “no hablo Inglés.” She had major attitude. This is something I’m not proud of, I just rolled my eyes and headed inside with my keys. A third employee walked in while I was waiting and grimaced at me thinking I wasn’t paying attention. Once they were done, the female employee walked inside to what I thought was to simply tell me that they were done but to my surprise, my attention was gotten with her shouting, “HEY!” And not in the “she might not be able to hear me” way. There was no reason for this. I replied, calmly “don’t talk to me like that.” And she yelled back, “ mande??” I just began walking to my car to leave and said “you’re very rude.” A lot of the staff was around and no one did anything. I thanked the other employees and they just continued to stare at me, seemingly holding back laughter. I felt so humiliated and just very disappointed. They did a beautiful job with my car and now I don’t ever want to go there again at the risk of being mistreated.It’s awful when you feel so connected to your culture’s food, music, and customs, but not its people. Please be kind. This wickedness needs to stop.
