Please take a moment to consider my review and also read the negative reviews below. I regret not paying more attention to the negative feedback. Firstly, my car remains unrepaired; after a week of driving, the check engine light has reappeared. Additionally, please make sure to record your conversations or get documentation of the initial quotes provided. I was quoted one price, but when I went to pick up my car, the cost was increased by over $400 without any prior notification. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. When I approached the guy about the dishonesty his hands started shaking and he became fidgety. Bait and switch type of business. These people are scam artist. RUN, RUN, RUN like hell, you have been warned.$2500 in the hole,?. I’ve included my receipt header to confirm my review is not fake. The continuation of constant lies.

Zero star would be too many, these people are not trustworthy, they don’t tell you up front how much they charge for diagnostic, run a 5 minutes computerized test for two hundred & ended up being wrong diagnosis anyway. Stay away from these people!

I have been bringing my car here for years. They always get the job done quickly and professionally, and at a reasonable price. No surprises, ever. Tremendous customer service. Honest people. They actually bailed me out of the botched DIY repair and did the work for no charge. Five stars is not enough for Hance's. PS DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO FAKE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - it's just a shakedown attempt by fraudsters.

STAY FAR AWAY! This could be the worst auto repair experience I've ever gone through in my 20 plus years owning a car. Took them multiple weeks to try and attempt to diagnose an air suspension issue and even purchased and installed parts without my consent ($400 for a battery I didn't need.) Hance's European completely misdiagnosed the problem and told me the newly installed front struts I just purchased were leaking and needed to be replaced but the rears were fine. After patiently waiting for the replacement parts to be shipped and the service to be done I was finally called saying the car was fixed and ready for pick up. When I arrived there was a surprise note on the invoice stating that the rear struts were also leaking and needed to be replaced as well! Come to find out after a second opinion it was a bad air compressor the entire time and the struts were perfectly fine. What a giant waste of time, labor and money from my wallet. Obviously Hance's European repair shop is lacking in numerous areas including general mechanical repair knowledge and diagnostic skills but they do posses horrible customer service and communication skills. This business will overcharge and prey on its unsuspecting customers. Please AVOID this repair shop.

My girlfriend suggested Hance's European for my BMW. I brought it in for a check engine light. They told me the problem was a vacuum leak. Repair was done quickly. Excellent service. They have a customer for life. Would recommend to anyone who wants good honest work.

Hustlers. Please be aware of business that deliberately take advantage of their customers. We all want the mechanic to be on our side providing a transparent explanation and honest expertise. Instead we have mechanics that work towards greed meaning what is the best appoarch to the quickest buck vs the customer needs. Please be aware that mechanics are skilled at working with warranty companies they understand what is covered and what is not. So they are capable of manipulating services and you to get their true desires met (greed) including the cost. So watch this organization closely if you are using them as a trusted mechanic. They are skilled in fixing foreign cars through manipulation with warranty company and customers.

If you care about your vehicle, PLEASE stay AWAY from this place. They kept my car for over 3 months without calling me once. I called them once a week to get an update on my repairs, and week after week nothing was done to my vehicle. They are NOT able to fix German cars at all. They lack the technical expertise and customer care.
After 3 long months, I went to pick up my car, they had done NOTHING to try to diagnose or fix my car. They had parked my expensive vehicle outside on the main road for 3 months. I am truly disappointed and never had to deal with such unprofessionalism.
