At first arrival, the valet service is wonderful. Unfortunately, if you are traveling from far and you have a topper, the parking garage height limit of 6’10 so don’t expect to use it unless you remove it. Second, the pool is absolutely freezing. My two year old was shivering and we didn’t get in all the way. Half of the outlets didn’t work in our room and our tv was unplugged and could reach an outlet unless we moved the furniture. Our room was nice, staff was decent but the amenities were a disappointment. Overall not the best experience..

The room was a good size and in good condition, but the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Despite signage that said to "ask if you have special dietary needs," there are no non-dairy alternatives. We wouldn't have minded the lack of non-dairy options as much (we're used to having to hunt down options) but to have a sign out that indicates staff will accommodate you and to give guests a curt "no" when they ask is not impressive.

Disappointed in this one. Location is great and staff were friendly. Room looked fine, but the AC did not work well and we couldn’t get the room below 76f (in March). Beds were terrible. The pool was so cold that nobody could stay in it. I saw 4 other people get in and immediately get out. We informed the staff, but 2 nights later it was still way too cold to swim. For being diamond status, we were given a small bag of chips. Mandatory valet was $51 prior to gratuity and the valet left my vehicle unlocked and window down so I had to go back and have them lock up later.

Came to Dallas for a Solo trip to celebrate my 35th bday. This Hotel was great to stay in, Room was comfortable and quiet, The staff working the night shift were amazing. I did not get their name but they had the best energy working here. There's also a Starbucks for people who care about this coffee right on lobby. Gym was great to use, morning breakfast was very tasty and the kitchen staff were also pretty great and helpful. Over all I recommend this place

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place around 6:30 today Saturday the 16th my boyfriends Camaro was stolen from the public parking lot after only being gone less than 30 min to check in and put our bags up. Front desk girl was no help at all she was rude and had attitude when we asked her questions. Definitely not coming back.

First, the room smelled terrible, and the AC didn't work. After waiting for it to cool down for half an hour and only seeing the temperature rise, we asked for another room. The second room we were brought to had the same smell (like it used to be a smoking room and they were trying unsuccessfully to cover the old smoke smell) and the lights in the tiny, windowless bathroom didn't work so it was pitch black at 4 pm. Furniture in both rooms was in disrepair, carpet torn in places, the shades were falling off. Super disappointed as other Hamptons we've stayed in have been clean and fresh. This was nothing close to that. We left, and did receive a full refund for the room and the valet. I'm thankful for the refund but frustrated that they seemed to know the whole time the AC in the first room wasn't working and still put us in there. This experience obviously put some serious stress on our vacation since we had to scramble for another place to stay. Would not recommend!

Stay started on a positive note quick and early check in on Friday on Saturday I noticed the room would not cool down and was informed the air conditioner was broken and there were no available rooms to switch to, I was given 2 fans but the rooms remained an uncomfortable 79degrees.Saturday I called around 10am for extra towels and washcloths and toilet paper, I returned to my room around 3:30 and had not received any of the items I asked for, I called 3 more times talked to 3 different people and their response was we will look into it. I finally asked shoukd I come get them myself and that was when someone showed up with towels but no washcloths or toilet paper had to yell for the woman who dropped them off to get me toilet paper. Absolutely unbelievable, I was even told by a staff member through text that they were extremely busy that day.Sunday still no air conditioning but I was offered another room which I declined because I would be out all day then had to leave for the airport at 4 am . Someone came in only Sunday to clean the room and took all the extra towels I had asked for that we hadn't used yet. At that point I gave up.I asked for compensation for the stay No AC and poor service for an expensive stay. I was told I would hear from someone but I never did.I checked out early the next morning and asked for a printout of my bill but of course thr printer wasn't working.Very disappointed and frustrating especially for the amount of money I paid.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I stay in ALOT of hotels (on business), this was a personal trip. The Hampton Inn Dallas really ticked all the boxes. I was in town for one night. The location is great. The welcome was warm. The decor is modern and clean. My room was spacious, clean and really well equipped. Good sized fridge, which worked really well, not like some hotel fridges which aren't refrigerant cooled. Bonus was a microwave although I didn't use this. Storage was ample. Blackout blinds were truly blackout blinds. The air conditioning panel actually did something - so often they are just heated to altering a single temperature vent, but this was truly controlling. Nice bonuses were that there's a Starbucks attached to the property and a swimming pool (open from 7am). The staff were lovely and were able to point me in the direction of a place for a civilised drink in the evening. Well done Hampton Inn, I understand these hotels are independently owned under the Hilton Brand, and this one certainly has done them proud. Thanks!Rooms: Spacious and well laid out. Really well equipped.

Hampton by Hilton is often considered a good place to stay for several reasons. It typically offers a combination of comfortable accommodations, reliable amenities, and a focus on guest satisfaction. The brand is known for providing complimentary hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and a consistent level of quality across its properties. Additionally, Hampton hotels often prioritize customer service, making it a reliable choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.Noteworthy details: Parking is not free.

Would not recommend. Although the location is convenient and the room was standard Hampton Inn quality, the customer service was definitely not what I've come to expect from Hilton properties. Since the reservation was made by my employer, I called before checking in to confirm parking. I was placed on hold 3 times and waited over 30 minutes before speaking to someone. I was assured by hotel staff that parking had been prepaid as part of the room purchase package, so I used the hotel parking, which is valet only at this location. After a 2-night stay, upon check-out, I encountered staff who at first would not honor the tax-exempt forms provided by my employer. After a third hotel staff member came to the front desk, this was finally adjusted. When I asked for the code to retrieve my vehicle from parking, I was told that parking was not included. While I was trying to contact my employer, the staff assisting me left the front desk and did not return. The young woman who was still at the front desk continued to tell me and the valet worker that she could not issue a code, and there was nothing she could do. I am not sure if the staff checking me in Wednesday made a mistake and gave me wrong information, or if the staff checking me out Friday made a mistake, but regardless who made it, that mistake personally cost me $95.66. I left feeling defeated, cheated, and resentful of my time being wasted.Noteworthy details: Expensive valet-only parking, unless you want to use a nearby paid public lot a block or so away. Three hotels share the same valet service.

The room was clean, but small. Breakfast was average. The staff was nice.Check in and parking is terrible. Valet service for two hotels. No cover. Raining when we got there. Had to wait 10 minutes before we got help.I was charged twice for parking and I can't reach the valet service to get a refund. We won't stay here again!!

We booked a King Suite. When we arrived at the Hotel after 6pm I was surprised to find out that our room was not ready. The attendant had us park our car and said the room would be ready when we got back to the front desk. Unfortunately it was not. The two attendants said they had a different room and would move us.Disappointed again… when we got to the newly assigned room, we had been downgraded from a suite to a smaller room with the view of a parking garage. It was disappointing to pay for a larger upgraded room and not be accommodated in a room equal or better. On a positive note: The shower was fantastic and the breakfast on floor 2 was very good.Walkability: There are several restaurants close by.
