This is my #1 pick if I ever return to Dallas. Brittney at the front desk was very kind and personable. Checking in/out was a breeze. This hotel is affordable for being in downtown Dallas too. Rooms are clean, breakfast is complimentary. No complaints!

We spent 6 nights in the Hampton Inn in downtown Dallas for work. The entire experience was phenomenal. Zero complaints. As for the valet service, Richard and his team took exceptional care of us. Short wait times. Very friendly. By day two they were calling us by name. 10/10 recommend.

Miss Ashley upfront was so welcoming and just amazing to talk to, she didn’t put me up to this but I was having an extremely rough day with messed up flights & lost luggage. She gave me the best absolute service, was kind and just wonderful !!She needs a raise for reals, cause shes great at want she does !!
