This hotel is unacceptable. Arrived at 945. Room had blood stains and a broken door, got a new room and the power went out instantly only at this hotel no where else. Waited till 11pm room was 85 degrees and no power so employee said I could call for a refund next day. Well guess what they are saying the power came on after midnight so no refund only 5k points. Unacceptable avoid st all costs.

Most of the electric outlets in the room did not work. I think you should make sure all the outlets work and, barring that, it should be clearly indicated when an outlet doesn't work. Waking up with a discharged cell phone that you plugged in all night is not nice. Also, a queen bed as a bed meant for two people, should have nightstands on both sides.

I'm not sure if this hotel has been renovated, but we had a really great room. Very clean and spacious.

Overall, great stay! We had 1 minor issue with a door sticking. Maintenance was sent and fixed it quickly. No other problems. Bed was decently comfortable, HVAC was not too noisy, and the bathroom was spacious. The bathroom door is a barn door style. While this is a good storage saving measure, it doesn't lend itself to privacy very well.Food & drinks: Free breakfast was generous with a selection of hot and cold items. Texas waffles were my kiddos favorite!

Have a room booked for 2 nights. Called ahead and stated I would be arriving early due to a flight. They stated the room would be ready at 1pm. When I arrived I was told the room was not ready (not an issue being that I was early). It is now PAST their check-in time (3:15pm), I have been sitting in the lobby and am still being told the room is not ready without being provided an ETA for when it will be.

I like this hotel. The rooms feel higher quality than some of the outdated places I recently have been .

The only upside to this hotel was the great staff, and relatively convenient location. Our room was definitely not worth what we paid. The sink on high was a small trickle. The several extra plug-ins built into the bedside table, and TV stand did not work at all. There is no clothes storage available, and one lounge chair for multiple people. The fridge did not cool well. If you want to use the pool, bring ice cubes to warm up their unheated indoor pool, and there is no hot tub to warm up in.Rooms: Cramped, with wasted space

My month-long stay at Hampton by Hilton for job training was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's commitment to excellence and friendliness was evident in every aspect of my stay.Throughout my time at the hotel, two staff members, Benwell and Anthony, stood out for their unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. Whether I needed assistance with running out of toothpaste or had questions about amenities, they were always available to help with a smile. One delightful highlight of my stay was the hotel's tradition of baking fresh cookies for guests. On one occasion, my colleague and I arrived at the hotel just as the last cookie was taken minutes before. In a lighthearted moment, my co-worker and I jokingly asked if some could be delivered to our room. To our surprise and delight, Benwell and Anthony not only fulfilled our request to make more cookies but surprised us with an entire box of warm, freshly baked cookies. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly exceeded our expectations.Overall, my experience (still on-going as i post this) at Hampton by Hilton was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the exemplary service provided by staff members like Benwell and Anthony. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay made a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend Hampton by Hilton to anyone seeking a welcoming and hospitable hotel experience.

I had no hot water for over a day, they moved me to another room. Over half of the workout equipment did not work. The staff was nice.

I have stayed here multiple times. Sometimes days at a time. It is clean, the breakfast is amazing. It's quiet and convenient to everything. They also put out fresh hot cookies in the evening that are delicious. And the best part, is the staff is friendly and will do their very best to help you. I'd stay here over anywhere in Dallas. People are only giving this place bad stars, because they want to make sure they are able to get a room, if i didn't like the staff so much I'ddo the same. They book up all the time.Rooms: Clean Clean cleanNearby activities: Everything you can thank of, within blocks.Bowling, movies, shopping and bars and foodSafety: The doors are locked and they have security patrolling the parking lotWalkability: I work at the hospital right behind the hotel, so I know the area. It is walkable to everything you need. Grocery store, CVS, gas station across the street. As well as fast food and sit down restaurants. Plus North park mall, is in walking distance. And is a luxury mall.

Family trip with my elderly mom and young son. The hotel door fell on me and the assistant manager was rude and unkind. I will never stay at this location and likely will not support Hampton Inn at all - I am very disappointed and concerned. If you are going for the pool do not waste your time. The pool was the main reason we selected this hotel and we were disappointed we could not even use it because the temperature was sooo cold. My young son (they don't care as long as its fun) could not even stay in the pool and complained after less than 5 minutes. We were told that the engineers would fix the next morning but the temperature was cold throughout the entire stay. Do not waste your money!

Heat was out in our first room, they moved us to a second room with no hassle, but it was a smaller room whoch was sad. Heat was blowing cold in that room too, but the front desk got maintenance in to fix it and the rest of our stay was pleasant. Spent a week there and was never bothered by noise or anything. Only bad thing was the elevator always smelled like weed, but that's not within the hotels control. I'd stay there again. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

The hotel was loud and could hear everything between rooms. Additionally, if you are staying at this hotel with a vehicle, be aware that it has a history of vehicles being stolen from the parking lot. My truck was stolen 11/2/23 and a man staying there said his was stolen the day prior. Hotel cameras were no help and my vehicle was never found. Highly recommend staying elsewhere and saving yourself the trouble.Safety: High crime area with evidence of multiple vehicles stolen from its parking lot.

Our truck and trailer were broken into with in an hour of check-in. We checked in at 11 pm, checked out at 2:45 am. Front desk does an audit and says our check out time was 4:15. Based on the time, they will not refund me for one night of $233.96. Cost us two windows in vehicles and the room we didn’t stay in. The general manager, Julio, would not take my call. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We have stayed many times over the years due to location, but neighborhood has gone down. Hilton could care less. The security officer was sleeping in his car at the hotel next door, which I have a hard time believing due to its activity. We have stayed there and it’s a VERY LOUD hotel. Lot of people party at that hotel. DON’T STAY AT EITHER HOTEL!!!!
