Everyone in this place is kind and well mannered.. The location is so convenient, the bathroom and the shop is clean.. All of the stylists and barbers are very nice people! Dyson is my stylist♥️

The salon itself is beautiful!!!!! However, I was led there after being scammed on styleseat. My daughter needed box braids and Jarrod told me he did them and they would be finished in 2-3 hours. After more than 12 hours, he still did not finish and sent her out the door, as he left to go home, with clips and rollers in her head. He told her he had to open the shop early in the morning and she needed to come back the next day. The entire top portion of her hair was not done. I’m starting to feel like he was the scammer and this was how he was getting customers. This was the most horrible experience for my daughter and she needed this style for school smh.Service: Box Braids

I've been coming here for years. I've always hated going to a Salon, and I mean HATED! I dig this place. On occasion someone will come through with some good food for sale. The environment is laid back. You might see the lovely Paris, the owner, pass through with some positive energy and smiles. My beautician Alake keeps my Locs looking lovely for the ladies. She's blessed me with her talents and hooking my hair up for many years. The Young man Chai is great at doing my eye brows just the way I like it. The Environment is warm and friendly. Everyone is super cool! Try then out, you won't be disappointed.

Got my hair cut by Jarrod the Barber. When I tell you the scalp massage that comes with this shampoo is the BOMB! I will never go to a male based barber shop again.

Dyson is simply AMAZING! The shop is nice and everyone in there made me feel at home. I love my protein treatment and silk press so much. I'm sure you will too. Highly, highly recommend the Hair Lounge!

These “professionals” are bullies. They are messy and like to pick on younger assistants within the salon. They are NOT professional whatsoever and live for drama. I would NOT recommend.

This is the best place for hair, mani, pedi and lots of other services. The tech who serviced me was friendly and fast. It would behoove anyone to visit. Sit and relax for a spell. Thoroughly enjoyable.

This man is GROSS. Disgusting behavior. I literally walked in at 12:30, my confirmed appointment time. Walked into an awkward room of customers. Said hi to Dyson who replied "oh you're for me?" I put my stuff down and then he abruptly summoned me to have a seat in the back of the salon. Thinking he was about to wash me, but NO. He tugs on my 4c hair and says "I don't do short hair." I replied "okaaaay, your website, booking, not your own confirmation email stated that." He replied "well, I'm telling you now so send a request for your deposit back." Then he walked away leaving me stunned, confused, and embarrassed. Then he came back with a look like "you're still here?" I said "uhm, I'm confused, embarrassed, and inconvenienced." Then he accused me of going off in him! LOL. This is CRAZY! Wow. I noticed the lovely medium to light skin women in the shop with their softer coils (not curls) and without a doubt I know that my length of hair is not the problem. It's my darker skin tone and 4c hair. The women looked mortified for me and a stylist looked like she wanted to console me but she didn't . His whole attitude was trash.
