Nice station. I didn't get to see it since the bus driver wanted to leave right away. There was supposed to be a 30 min transfer time. But we passengers had to hurry up and board--no time to stretch out legs. ?

Only thing I dislike herd is that if you have a ticket you can only be inside bus station 2 hrs before . It’s sucks . A couple months ago I had to stand outside all day in 22 degree weather until my bus Caine in the evening . Wish greyhound would be a little more compassionate .

Workers are so rude and treat everyone that comes through there like a bum or criminal. Never feel pleasantry or see any professionalism.

Yikes. Crazy on security, run down terminal, not-so-nice employees. I remember when Greyhound was friendlier traveling. Now they've gotten cheap and attracted unwanted clientele.

If it were only possible to give this business, Greyhound corporate, and this bus depot in particular, minus 5 stars, it still wouldn't accurately measure how unethically this business operates, preying on the lower income brackets who have no other options besides booking a ticket with this corporate greed monster. I haven't taken a Greyhound for over 20 years, but through necessity and not choice, I found myself having to board one of your dirty, disgusting buses. That's after I had become stranded when the organization flew me to Texas to work with several Republic campaigns, Ted Cruz, Hatch Smith, and Drew Darby. Due to a medical emergency with Texas and their unwillingness to assist a patient with a writing me a new prescription, since the one my doctor sent to the pharmacy wasn't good enough for you all. I'm pretty sure an MD is an MD, whether you are from Montana or Texas, but what do I know. I'm just a woman who loves her country, who has gone through some setbacks from covid, that wanted the opportunity to make decent money while making an impression, if I could. When I asked for a ticket home due to the medication situation, this nice organization decided to leave me stranded in San Angelo. When I finally got a friend to pursue me a bus ticket, your station has no areas appropriately marked on where to catch the bus, and as it was Sunday, it was closed, so I could ask. I never saw my bus, but when I called customer service, they informed me I had missed it and also that my ticket was canceled. 250 bucks down the toilet because you can't hang a sign. But I'm sure that's the point. Two days later, a homeless looking man stopped to pray with me because he felt compelled. He asked about my situation, and to my amazement, he took me down to the bus station and purchased a ticket for as far as I could go towards home, which ended up being here, arriving in downtown Dallas, at 2 am, where the nice Greyhound staff evicted me out into the streets, putting a woman in danger, due to the hour, and the unfamiliar area. After it looked like there was a very real chance I could be assaulted, mugged or worse, I called the police, who was kind enough to take me to the Hyatt, where he talked to the manager about letting me stay in the lobby until light, so I could charge my phone and be out of harms way.If only Greyhound, as a corporation, and as staff at this awful depot had shown half of the compassion I have been blessed to receive, maybe Greyhound wouldn't be in the sorry state it is. You take advantage of people, preying on people in unfortunate circumstances, and you don't even have the decency to provide a number for customer support, because all your employees answering the phone say "If you have feedback or concerns, email at our website." That is a completely unacceptable manner to manage customer service issues.Shame on you, Greyhound, and especially shame on the staff of the Dallas depot. I could have been seriously hurt while you were "just doing your job."

I remember taking my Granny and Great-Ain’t to the Greyhound Station in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Those buses looked like the way to go! They loved going out to Phoenix on Greyhound. The station has served customers in Dallas many years. The drivers are committed and the the safety has been good for riders. Will miss this station since it will be closing in October 2024. Go Greyhound and leave the driving to us - Yes. Pure Americana.

Not a good trip bad layover in Dallas .and they acted like we were criminals. Greyhound is not the way to travel anymore. They want me to wait longer after there mess up I have to call to be able to get my other bus. Also we broke down after we were told that why we had to wait 3 hrs. I do not suggest you use them. The drivers a ride and they hustler you for a seat 5 dollars you can sit where you want but if you don't pay them they will kick you off bus and laugh seen it today. This company is trying to rob the poor or the road tripper.
