The workers there are usually SO SO nice, and the finds are great too, good clothes, some of them are a little dirty, but nothing so spray and wash can't fix. Most stuff is only like 3-10$ so it has good prices, will shop more!

Very disappointed ? I used to came here every Sunday for the sale tag half price but I noticed that even when I go when the store just open all the merchandise on sale it's going for the last month I think there employee's are collecting the sale color tags merchandise one day before so this is bad trying to made people believe that there's the regular 50% sale shame on goodwill plus the cashier in this location is very rude the lady from Haiti or what ever she is from very rude

No fitting rooms. They also discourage changing in the bathrooms. How am I supposed to see if something fits me? I'm not going to buy clothing that doesn't fit just to see if it will.

Walked around finding items to try on for forty minutes just to find out that they got rid of their fitting rooms. They don’t do refunds, it’s exchanges only. The staff was nice, but how do you function as basically a clothing store with no fitting room?

Tried to make a donation to Forest Ln store twice today. I was refused by store with my donation which was a bed full of tools and electronics. I arrive ,back up and a guy I've never even seen before comes out and says I'm donating a bunch of shit they don't accept and in those words. So of course I took to the defense and retaliated with some of my own harsh words. I deliver here on a regular, now all of a sudden I'm being refused. The manager her self clearly comes out and tells me they can't refuse my donation. I was so passed of already with the intake guys attitude, I just decide to take it to store 1 in West Dallas. The employee at that store clearly said they could not refuse any donation outside of policy, which I was or the West Dallas store wouldn't have taken it?? So I have one more donation, bit even half of what I had earlier that day. So to avoid confrontation, I just start unloading the Donation myself. The same guy from earlier that tried to refuse it comes out and says your a hoe, you and your mom. I said hey @#$*#%, that's my mom your talking to. He says F+×* her too. Then another employee that I've never even seen thinks it's a good idea to block me in and not let me leave after donating. So once I tell him I'm calling Dallas pd, he decides to move it before the cops come. So did I feel threatened by every goodwill employee in the store, not mention the store manager who had no control of her employees all coming at me in a threatening manner. So yea I had my say like any other man who gonna defend his self. Keep in mind now that I spend a good amount of $$$ in this store monthly, plus massive real estate donations from time to time. So the Dallas police come on my call, and here's where it gets interesting. They take my storey first which is basically a recap of what I just explained. Then they proceed inside to take there storey. Check it out, the cop I called for feeling threatened comes out and tells me, she's filing a CRIMINAL TRESPASSING against you, you can't come here fore 2 months? Against me, the customer with a huge donation of tools and furniture. I was in shock and couldn't believe he was telling me this. A criminal trespass warning for making a donation. Something is really wrong here. I saw 5 ppl after me donate with no problems. I'm not going to lay down on this one. What the Goodwill is allowing employees to do and say to customers is insane. There's no control because the one at the top is involed it what's taking place in stores. Directors and seniors at the Goodwill are being lied to by ppl in their own administration about what's really taking place daily. Saty tuned, more to come I'm sure.

Friendly staff with front-of-store, drive-up drop-off. Store has constant flow of donations so call before you drive from far away to be sure they're not "full".

I donated a lot of furniture here; the donation staff members are always so helpful and kind! It's a super streamlined and efficient process to go through the donation drive-thru.

The fitting rooms have been removed, so I don't think I can shop here anymore. The clothing racks have size spacers, but it doesn't seem that anything is actually organized by size so you have to look really hard to find winners but now it's not even worth it since you can't try anything on before purchasing.

They removed their dressing rooms, so I won't be back. The majority of the store is clothing, and now you can't try things on. There isn't even a long mirror so you could hold clothes up to yourself and check your reflection.

I bought a ridiculously low priced piece of furniture-needed helpLoading it was a tad difficult. A cashier said after 2 calls for help that most of the workers in the back were “playin around”. Finally the store mgr helped me load. He is awesome

Been coming here for years and sometimes they have a good bargain but it’s always a place where stuff is better off than in the trash
