Don't waste your time, they do not give refunds!! They only do exchanges and they do not have dressing rooms. So that means that if you end up in my situation where you buy some pants and take them back because they didn't fit and you can't find anything else to fit then you can only exchange it or walk back out with the merchandise and just deal with it. If I could give 0 stars I would, worst service ever.

I love thrift stores but this one is priced way too high for used shoes and clothing. There were a pair of slippers for $10 and you could see the dirt from the feet of the person who owned them. They are price gouging. I bought 2 dresses and a miscellaneous item and altogether it cost me over $20 when I could have gotten them brand new for the same price. Not to mention they barely ever have the tags that are 50% off that week. This is my last time coming here. Make sure you check for original pricing labels because they do sell some items for more than what they are being sold in stores.

Things are super expensive, prices go up more every day and staff sometimes charge more than others.

The prices of clothing in this month of February are very expensive, they are raising the price too much for children's clothing that used to cost three 95 now it is worth nine. They are grading it for the quality of clothing when it is supposed to be cheap for the for the economy and they are supposed to be donations that is my point of view I don't know about you but clothes are too expensive lately Nose they are put in the hand on the heart since sometimes one doesn't have the money to buy something new

Donation...or Landfill
Took clothing, dishes and 2 Pioneer speakers (in good condition).
This guy just threw the medium size speakers in the half empty trailer, I saw the speaker grill just fly off.
This is "the" major drop off point off Westmoreland in Dallas/ Big store with offices...these are donations...Not A Landfill.

Prices have inreased substantially. There are no dressing rooms anymore. The objective of this organization seems to be profit. Salvation Army has much better prices, they have dresssing rooms and are truly a charitable organization.

I enjoy going to this location and looking through their book selection. I go about once every couple of months and I always walk out with 5-10 books. The couple of times that I looked through their clothes selection, I found that the styles and quality were above average.

This has gotten ridiculous! Thrift stores must be competing on who charges the most. A year ago, you could come in here and get a nice sport coat for $10. The mark up is absurd. Sport coats littered in holes torn lining and missing buttons

This review is for the outlet/bins side of this location. I had been coming to this spot since May, and though it was very chaotic and most of the employees were rude I still found it worthwhile to find treasures. Well I visited again last week and it has gotten so much worse. Now when the bins are being rotated, there are lines of tape about 3 feet from the bins, extending the length of the bins, where everyone is supposed to line up side to side. This causes pure madness as people push and try to spot the items they want to grab. People are so much more animalistic now. I was pushed multiple times, and I witnessed a lady threaten to stab another lady. I also overheard stories from regulars about the increased fights since this new policy was implemented. In addition the employees have gotten even more hostile, seeming to take pleasure in screaming at people at the top of their lungs. It's a gross power trip and while I'm sure it is certainly stressful working there, being abusive is not helpful. The environment is just so toxic now and I can't imagine going back with the constant screaming and physical altercations. Also a warning about the bathrooms; bring your own toilet paper if you go because there is never any in there. You may also want to bring some sanitizing wipes because people somehow always manage to smear poop on the seats. Honestly this place is like another dimension where you can observe the effects of overcrowding people with a scarcity mindset. Be forewarned and come prepared if you dare.

Showed up to work through the veryable app. Was told they were full and weren't using Veryable today. I worked here on Friday and had no issues. Now I came all the way down here for nothing. To hell with this place. They won't get anymore Temps when they need em. Manager was rude for absolutely no reason. No wonder they can't keep staff.
