Tia Williams ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! She followed an issue with my merchandise being sold!! The store manager would not help and was VERY RUDE - OUVI !!!!! DO BETTER! The way you treat your workers is very unprofessional WHO WANTS TO WORK WITH THAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT STYLE! I have nothing but good things to say about the staff they have always shown GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT JOB TEAM AT THIS WESTMORELAND SITE DALLAS TX!!! You all NEVER DISAPPOINT. I am sorry that you all have to put up with this unprofessional behavior who is supposed to be setting a standard. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO SERVICE WITH A SMILE!! LOVE YOU GUYS YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED! NOW GIVE TIA A ROUND OF APPLAUSE!!!!! THE EPITOMY OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT!!!!!!
