I'm sorry other reviewers haven't had a positive experience. It was an amazing first visit for me. I was welcomed by the employees, I got to try out my waffle maker before I bought it, and I discovered a magnificent cast iron braiser that was priced at $98.99! I thought, surely this is an error. I told the cashier what was going on, and he rang it up at $9.99. How wonderful! I am ecstatic.

I have no words to describe this thrift store, BUT if you drive a few blocks ahead, you'll see a 2nd street and a crossroads, I'm pretty sure you'll find better deals, and nicer clothes there, they have fitting rooms ? and a exchange policy!! ?

Why is everything marked here as if it were brand new?

Way over priced on some items. And sadly mark items as one price and then when you check out they say this is the wrong price and tell you that you have to pay more ? which is crazy because they should honor the price tag that they placed on these items. And when mentioned they should do this they just ignore you. Absolutely the worst customer service.

I frequent this thrift store and usually with mixed results finding items. The prices are usually fair but can be severely over priced at times on certain items for no particular reason. My biggest gripe is the advertised closing time is 8pm…but on more than one occasion I have been commanded to check out 20-30 minutes ahead of time. I recognize employees want to go home and most patrons respectfully have no desire to extend their shifts much past scheduled times…but this is extreme. I intend to return, however, I find this very unprofessional.

Poor, surpisingly rude service and the clothes are unreasonably expensive. Got yelled at for coming in with a water bottle. ?
Save your time and give your money to a better local thrift store.

Small place with very high prices. No dressing rooms. Bathroom is always out of order. Limited parking.
Really not worth the trip.

Almost always hot inside and smells weird. Prices are high. I went in today and the front desk lady was nice. I walked to the back and a woman said I couldn't have my 8oz water bottle in the store so I left. There's no signs posted saying you can't have water so chalk it up to poor customer service.

I used to love this goodwill until the old woman manger took her bad day out on me. Poor costumer service. Btw I spend all my money at goodwill. I will not anymore

Came here on a visit from out of state, selection is okay. Prices are ridiculous. $8- $12 for a sweater and they locked the public bathroom for “employees only” and put an out of order sign on it. 4.5 months pregnant and she wouldn’t let me use the bathroom.

Organized into category fine. No dressing room anymore. That’s half the fun of thrifting.

The staff is always nice to me! We cut it up every time. BUT Goodwill has to chill with their pricing. Like babes, you’re a thrift store. And like I said before, the staff is kind. Idk what these other reviewers are talking about. Maybe they were the ones with sour attitudes and the workers returned the energy they gave them??? ;)
