I strongly support the efforts of this organization but for a second hand shop, the pricing is way out of line. Worn, corporate logo t-shirts are $3.99. The big craft stores sell Gildan T-shirts for $4. Totally unrealistic for Goodwill to try to price at that level.

Never donating here again. I come regularly walk by just to look, and boy have they lost their mind! Who ever is doing prices needs to be fired bc they are ridiculous high! Come on now, and I know they are not using that to Goodwill! Lol, Really $450.00 plus for a desk from the 90s not vintage, 4 plates 140.00Don’t waist your time here just go to the mall! Highway robbery here! I noticed this within the last two months creeping up fast!

The customer service here is terrible. Was overcharged for an article of clothing and the cashier was absolutely disgusting about it. When the manager try rectify the situation for some reason the cashier had issue with that as well. What a vile person to be working in the store.

Selection is good , employees are pretty good , but clothes at this location are not in great condition. Why would you put clothes out with rips the size of a golf ball or jeans with period blood on them ?? Come on , people ! Do better !

This Goodwill is clean and spacious however the prices are very high for used items. They are asking up to $15 for old outdated dresses and $1-2 for cereal bowls that were $4 new. I shop at Goodwills all over Dallas and this is the most expensive one by far. It is never crowded and the staff is nice, perhaps they could get more traffic if the prices were reasonable.

I am very disappointed in some things it is more expensive to buy new than in other stores, another problem is that if you do not know how to distinguish the specials you will have problems since according to the signs you look at 50% but it is not everything

Great stuff, as all Goodwill have great stuff, but the prices here are higher than the stores on the fort Worth side, plus they don't do points, so I left disappointed.

The man who helped me at this donation center tonight made me never want to donate to goodwill again. He didn’t even help me get the large items out of my trunk and then proceeded to make rude comments about the items I was donating. He didn’t greet me or do anything to make me want to come back here. Will be taking my donations elsewhere.
