We purchased our first Acura from this dealership in 2013. We purchased our second Acura recently. Except for a few years when we lived out of town, this dealership has taken care of us. From their sales team to the service team, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend.

"I’ve been a loyal customer of Goodson Acura for 5 years, but after how my wife was treated during a simple oil change, I won’t be coming back. A two and a half hour wait is one thing, but the real issue is the lack of communication and professionalism. You sent me a text at 10:40 saying the car was ready, but when my wife asked about it at 11:30, you casually told her, 'Oh sorry, your car has been ready.' No apology, no sense of urgency. To top it off, I know that feedback is important to your corporate team, but somehow you blocked the survey email, preventing me from sharing this experience directly with them. That’s just unacceptable."
