Wouldn’t be bad if workers consistently showed up to work on time to open. There is only one guy who you can count on showing up to open. Other than that it’s a hit or miss if someone will be there to open on time. About 20 cars showing up at 5am and no worker still at 6:15… this is about the 10th time in three months this has happened.

I work in customer service so I have a standard when it comes to service and the employees are at the bottom level of it. They literally have one job, say HI. Instead they continue to conversate with each other and they rarely acknowledge me when I leave. I've been a member since the beginning and the staff has always been like this. It seems like they don't put in effort because either way they're gonna get paid. I have pride in what I do and none of these people do. I won't leave but I just am tired of it lol it'd a pet peave, they're lazy af

It’s a very small and crowded gym even at 5 am,you can forget about getting a machine at 5-6 pm.Also I have not seen staff clean one time in the year I was at this gym.It’s a small gym and crowded everyone is touching the same stuff frequently so you’d think there should be more cleaning done.

I am a Gold's Gym member in Austin, Texas and was looking for a Gold's Gym in Dallas while visiting family.The Highland Meadows location at East Northwest Parkway and Jupiter was the closest to my house, so I decided to check it out.The gym is nestled among tacquerias and tattoo parlors but has been completely redone inside.There are no TVs in this Gold's but tons of great bodybuilding equipment.I went at 10am on a Friday after New Year's Eve and it was still pretty empty so I was easily able to get a great workout.This location is definitely worth visiting if you are a Gold's member.

always clean and doesn’t have the awful bright white lights that most gyms have. Also has great equipment that’s never broken, and the one cable that did break was fixed in a couple days, fastest repair I’ve ever seen at a gym

This place was awesome. Much different than other locations I’ve been. Staff was professional and always friendly. Machines were new and very well maintained. Will definitely come back.
