Very bad toys dont work and overpriced i bought a toy opned it showed the employee and as she tried using it it failed and they still said the cannot return the item very bad never going here again

CAITLIN was so rude to us today. Everything is supposed to be buy one get one half off. She rang my boyfriend up and she did not take off the 50% I told her the discount wasn’t there and she looked at me so snooty and said “yeah I did” then she realized she was wrong and said “oh. I forgot” and rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to go about refunding the cost of the second item and applying the discount all while throwing things around like a child, like it was our fault she made a mistake. Never apologized. If you can’t be decent to people, you should not have a job where you need to interact with them. She needs to humble herself. Hopefully she can get in trouble for this because she was absolutely awful to us today. Caitlyn, you need to grow up.

Terrible prices, lackluster customer service. They were actually blasting slasher horror movie music. Very bizarre choice to shop for toys. When asked about it they just looked “puzzled” lol

A decent selection of board games to play with family and friends. Staff was nice and helped me find a good game for us to play at home with family.

My child was being mistreated and grabbed without a consent in this store and accused of stealing by demanding to open a plastic bag she carried. My daughter is 7 year old for the record. She was scared and traumatize like she did something wrong. I already filled a police report and also made sure that the staff's action was documented to management of Galleria Dallas. 3 security guards and 2 police officers were there to say that WAS NEVER OKAY to grab someone's child without talking to an adult/parent (they came and spoke to the staffs and wrote a police report). I'm a people of color and I will stand up for anybody who feels the same way just because we have dark skin that does not mean we are just gonna take it and let it go.., Parents please go somewhere else to get toys don't even bother to stop by, there are other stores with nice staffs you can go to. I felt horrible that my child had to be treated like this today.

Family-friendly and fun! My kids love visiting this toy store. They can play with the demo toys while I shop. It's a win-win situation for everyone!

Went in for a game I needed for my son and couldn't find it. Brandy helped us locate it. She could not have been nicer to my son! She took the time and care that you just don't see anymore. Thank you Brandy for making our day. Awesome job hiring such caring employees!!!!!

Very rude staff, this store is for kids it shouldnt have monsters like the 2 women there. The women literally threatened me. Either I leave or she will call security because I just told her to speak politley infront of my daughter. The shocking thing is that I am not the only one complaining. I found out there are several other customers complaining from the same monsters in that store. Never going to this store again, and I dont advice anyone either.

Very nice game and toy collections spanning from kindergarten to adulthood. There are high-quality smart and board games available such as chess and jumanji. If you're in the Galleria Dallas, go here to find nice kids' cars/monster trucks. Highly recommended!
