If I could give this place negative 0 stars I would . The owner is very rude and cranky with a nasty attitude and very dismissive.Came in with my fiancé to ask for pricing and sizing and he got so mad as if we were cheap and trashy it made me feel like he was racist all I wanted was something simply to choose from and I didn’t get that opportunity so I just told my fiance to come on so we could go somewhere else . Never have I been treated like that at any store I’m always nice with a greeting and a smile and my fiancé is soft spoken gentleman we both are very educated even when the man was talking to us bad we didn’t say one word and I simply whispered to my fiancé for us to just find a different place . Never will I return or recommend

Jennifer was so sweet and nice! I dropped off 2 pieces of jewelry for repair. My only complaint is lack of communication. I was told that when my pieces were done, I would get a text/email. 5 days after the promised date, I ended up calling myself to get an update. She apologized for the delay and told me that they'd call me back later that day. When I didn't receive a call, I called again and was then told my pieces were read for pick up. Jeweler was very kind when I came to pick up my jewelry. Craftsmanship was done beautifully and he explained what he did and reasonings behind it which I appreciated.

I took my wedding ring to get soldered. They did an excellent job and their customer service was top notch. They also got it done before the date that was scheduled. I will definitely keep using them in the future!!!

This is now going to be my one and only place for all my jewelry needs! I had a beautiful family heirloom ring that needed to be resized and needed a diamond replaced. They fixed up my ring just beautifully & Jennifer was awesome to work with. Definitely recommend them for all your jewelry needs! They also have gorgeous & unique pieces for purchase! (The ring worked on is the one on my ring finger).

I have some heirloom jewelry that I was just gifted, but I needed them resized quite a bit. They were size six’s and I needed them to be 13/14s and Kim did a wonderful job. They look brand new without compromising the original design of the rings. He went above and beyond with them and I am excited to bring more in to resize! They were also done extraordinarily quickly. Beautiful work, I couldn’t be happier to be able to give these rings new life.
