Genesis Tax Services has done our taxes the last several years as the returns got too complex for us to continue doing them ourselves. Lisa and her team do outstanding work, give good advice and always get the returns ready for our signatures in a timely manner. Also very affordable for the services provided. We will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.

I have worked with Lisa Ford and Genesis Business & Tax Services for over 10 years. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and actively takes courses to keep up with tax and investment changes. I appreciate that.She gets right back to me on email and phone communications - this is a biggie for me because I had a hard time communicating with my old accountant because he didn't reply back to emails or respond timely.Lisa makes it really easy to get all of my documentation to her securely & electronically through the customer portal. She makes it easy to file your taxes, without needing any in-person meeting.Because of this relationship of trust, professionalism, and convenience, I highly recommend her and am glad that I have a partner to help me with my finances. We had a smooth and satisfactory experience with Lisa at Genesis Business And Tax Services. Our taxes were prepared quickly with just a couple of back and forth e-mails for follow up questions. The difference between what I figured we owed in taxes and what Lisa was able to determine we owed was at least three times what it cost to have our taxes done with Genesis Business And Tax Services. Well worth the money!We are definitely planning on having Genesis Business And Tax Services do our taxes again next year. So much easier and stress free than doing them on my own!

I originally found Lisa on google. She helped me fix an incorrect (TurboTax) return as well as secure a much larger refund. She handled my most recent return practically overnight. Fantastic service!

My taxes were very compicated because of a death and stolen antiques. One local tax guy said he would do my taxes. Kept putting me off for a year, and finally said he could not do them. Lisa could do them and she did!
