Went here to return headphones and everything was fine with the guy checking me out but the guy behind him made me uncomfortable by asking me what i’m gonna use the money for, and asking why he’s refunding me what he did. I feel like it’s weird for an employee to ask a customer what they plan to spend the money on. Been here multiple times haven’t felt uncomfortable until now.

We moved here 6 months or so ago and we had to find a new game stop! The employees at this location are more than kind and very helpful! My kiddo and I love this store!

If I could rate this lower I would.Do not shop at this location.This is the second store I visited in the Dallas area and went out of my way to find out that the store is NOT open. Upon arrival no sign notifying when they'd open up.Very unprofessional.I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Horrible experience! I pre-ordered NBA 2K23 for PS5. I was told come the night of 9/8 and starting at 9p they’ll release the game. I get there at 9:15p and the doors are locked. I see someone behind the register and he comes to the door. He tells me I’m too late and he closed the register. I said it’s only 9:15p and I already paid for the Championship edition. I have my receipt, just hand me the copy. He says they never got in a shipment of the Championship edition on PS5. I said fine, I also have the Series X. Give me the edition on Xbox. He says they never got that copy in either. He said he had to tell others the same thing who bought the same edition as me. This is ridiculous. I should’ve just followed my instincts and bought it digitally. This is not what I expected from GameStop. I don’t know if I’ll continue my business there.
