Georgina Ramos ext 3504This is for youI’m him. You wanted to replace a headset that I didn’t have on hand, nor could I ever taken a broken headset in as a defected. The best I could do was send you to somewhere else who had that specific headset. The man you talked to was not my manager. I had to put you in your place and you got delusional over something I have no control over. Please be logical next time or come to me in person so I can dish it out for you. And one more thing, please read the following image added to this post

Horrible people. Never open on time. I've seen people waiting hours for their pre orders. my last straw was when I camee back with some clothing I purchased but they left the security sensors on. then when I come back they won't take em off bc I don't have the receipt for a pair of socks. Just completely unhelpful.
