the amount of crime in the area has ruined the store, half of the things are locked and display only. most of trade ins are stolen goods. crime is one of the reasons business dont flourish in the area, and why the poor stay poor. ghetto culture ruins another good thing and the people that pay the price is your kids.

Over the last couple of years this location has gone downhill. It looks like the company doesn’t care about its employees or its customer base here. Not only do they have single coverage, meaning more work for less pay, but due to corporate not caring, neither does the staff. This location is supposed to be open at 12pm (noon) and it’s been a few times now where I come by around 12:30 and the store is still closed. When it is open, they don’t have much in store and I’ve been witness to them having to send guests to other stores because they don’t have games or consoles in stock. This used to be a great store where people would line up for midnight releases and it would be filled with guests of all kinds talking about their favorite games and consoles. At this rate it’s better to just order online from Amazon or Walmart. Corporate needs to focus on being a game store for guests to enjoy themselves and support staff so that they care enough to help every guest that comes in to feel great about shopping at GameStop

Store service has gone down since Lui was promoted. Manager Joseph seems to not want to help customers at all. He kept trying to pawn me off to a different store until he finally called the DM and was told to help me.

On January 21, 2024, around 5pmI purchased a PS5 Slim from a shady black employee who's name is "Torrio", he did not greet me on the way in, and looked at me as if he had a problem with me being in the store.On my way home I realized he had not given me my receipt, so I checked the bag and saw that the PS5 Slim he gave me was not properly sealed and had been tampered with, the tape was cut and the box had tears.He charged me full price for a "brand new" PS5 Slim Digital Edition when it clearly has been refurbished.I returned to the same store shortly after to ask him for my receipt, and he began to get aggressive with me.Saying " I ain't got your receipt, what do you need it for to return it or something".I told him no, and that it was none of bis business.So he said in response, "It's not like you got the warranty so it doesn't even matter".And I told him yes it does MATTER, I need my receipt because I spent MY MONEY to purchase this console, my receipt is PROOF OF PAYMENT.And he began to say disrespectful things under his breath, telling me he's giving me my receipt while also looking at me in a hostile manner, I will be reporting his behavior to those of higher authority to ensure that he's dealt with.

Very bad place never want to pick up the phone and have people waste gas to just be disappointed when it could be solved by picking up the phone ya cant say ya busy if ya open at 12 .

worst gamestop, they purposely leave the phones out so the calls won’t come in, the discord shirt balding man is sarcastic, as if he even has room to talk, he should start filling in that baldness of his, worst gamestop they charged me abt 100$ in total, and refused any help or the fact they purposely let phone calls not go through, lazy, worst service , that’s why it’s located in the worst area, do not trust credit card here and dangerous area.
