Can’t seem to get anyone in customer support to pick up the phone and provide a shipping status for items purchased online. Can’t even get a response to emails sent to customer support.Atrocious customer experience.

Great product! Living in IL, I am always freezing during the winter time. G-tech allows me to walk outside during any season…priceless!

I used the pouch last Friday to play golf in a Black Friday event at my club in Chicago. It was 27 degrees when we teed off. Difficult to get a tee in the frozen ground but, my hands were never cold. Awesome product.
