I was told by others that it was too expensive to repair the charging port on my Motorola phone that it would be better to buy a new phone. G&G repaired my phone at a very reasonable cost and did it in a very short time. They saved me as l had a lot of important appointments the next day and without the phone it would've been impossible. Two thumbs up!

Store is an access point for UPS and UPS says the package is still there.Employees state that package is not there. UPS says it is. Employees wanted me to call there manager.Manager was fighting with their babies' car seat and told me that no one is going to disappear my package and to put a claim in with UPS.He was extremely unlrofessional and didn't speak English to boot.What would have happened had I not been bilingual?Horrible customer service and possible thieves.

DO NOT REPAIR HERE!! Their location in garland has terrible service went to get my macbook fixed and the fixed the screen but it came back with bubbles and when we went back they didn’t even remember who we were and claimed we got water on our macbook when it was like that the day they gave it back to us they also stated they have a 30 Day warranty but are not willing to do anything to fix it.

I will be sure to tell all of my friends and relatives to beware of this store and to be sure to not shop here . Their product is cheap very cheaply made and over priced. The only reason I went here is because AT&T did not have my the case I needed for my phone in stock . I walked into G&G and the woman behind the counter was very unprofessional, not helpful at all . To be quite honest she was a total rude B-t/h . When I ask her a question she had a attitude and I do not appreciate being treated like that when I am paying your wages . I had to treat her with the same respect that she gave me . So needless to say i would not recommend anyone to shop at this store . They are a bunch of crooks selling cheap merchandise that is way over priced with bad a/s attitudes to go along with it . So if you like this kind of service go right ahead and shop at G&G oh and one more thing they watch you like they think you are going to steal their cheap merchandise. I do not appreciate someone watching me like I am some sort of thief . I am a beautiful educated successful woman and always dressed nicely .. I had my grandsons with me and my husband in this place and Idon’t appreciate a rude low class woman who can’t even spell on her reviews watching me like I am a thief ? Please lol
