This was a great surprise. We needed a new bed frame and stumbled upon this store. They had a pretty good selection, the staff was great. Some items were damaged but they took that into account when it came to pricing. We ordered our bed frame new and it arrived on the day scheduled, but later than we planned. Over all I'd definitely go back for more items.

The couch we purchased was on display and was very dirty. I told Lily if we did purchase it would have to be cleaned. She confirmed it would. Waited days without confirmation of when the cleaning company would stop by their store. Finally it was done and the couch was on its way. Terrible communication. I had to keep calling to find out when it was coming after they got their payment it seems like they really don’t gaf. Once it arrived it was very dirty and it was missing a throw pillow. I called Lilly and she said they forgot it and would try to bring it by during the week. It’s been a week and it’s still not here. I had to hire a cleaning crew to come clean it out of my own pocket. It even looks as if a piece of the couch is missing because the parts do not connect and 1 is broken. Very disappointing.

i am very disappointed in this store. I bought a sectional from this store and the recliner shorted out. They sent a repair person to fix it 2 months after my complaint. Now the repair company needs to order a part and i have not received any information on this part and every time i call to speak to someone about this they are very rude. Today the gentleman hung up on me. The repair company said to speak to Adam i was told he was not there. This has been going on since June this is September. I paid a lot for this sectional and should not be treated so rudely. It should not take this long to get it repaired with all the money I spent in your store.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE WROST PLACE EVER!!!!I bought from them not even a month the sofa broke I call them tell them they even told me send me a picture of the sofa I did and they just told me sorry we sold the company to someone else we can not do anything about it..... worst place ever...... I spend so much money for Nothing....

I had a horrible experience at furniture world Harry very pushy employees and they will trap u in there so called payment plans. Dont go here unless u are willing to be a war about your credit with their price gauching Practice.

Lily was simply amazing!!! Came here looking for bedroom, living, & dining room furniture & received EXCELLENT service with an even better price!!! Lily was so attentive to our needs & wants & even gave us some details on where we should vaca next!! I have never shopped for furniture so easy & satisfying ESPECIALLY bein 9 months pregnant! I will send everyone who asks for furniture referrals here & will definitely shop here in the future!

It’s not worth it. The vanity is beautiful but the delivery service is horrible. Prices are ok. They took a total of three days to install this vanity. The first, the mirror had an issue and did not work. They came back a second time and chipped one of the counters. The third time they came to my house SO LATE. Who does delivery service at 11pm? On top of that, the mirror is scratched from the inside but I didn’t not want them to come to my house a fourth time. Not to mention how unprofessional they are, they put stuff on my bed and left it with dirt and styrofoam everywhere. And they did it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They came in. I asked for a refund and they said something about 30% only. After so many tries of getting this installed, it should be embarrassing to tell a customer that only 30% will be refunded while it was the company’s fault for having bad delivery service and faulty furniture. They gave me a lamp to better the situation. Was it worth it? NO. Spending $1200 on a vanity CASH for this service is not worth it. I also got a dresser from them and there was no issue with that other than the big mess they made in the room.
