I had a blast at the Frontiers of Flight Museum! As a huge aviation fan, I was blown away by the incredible collection of planes and exhibits. It’s a must-visit for anyone interested in aviation history.

Amazing venue for party rentals. Highly recommend if your budget allows for $4-5K rental.

This museum is a little hidden gem in Dallas. It features a lot of airplanes, artifacts and World history information.
It even features real space ships that i see nowhere when i visitado NASA in Houston (there they have only cardboard replicas, but that is another story).
Consider to arrive early or split your visit in two days, so you could see the whole exhibit.
The cafeteria was closed, therefore i can't comment on the food they serve.
My recommendations for the museum are:
1. Use antireflective glass or plastic on your exhibitions, because it takes to much time to edit the pictures to remove the reflections.
2. On the gift shop you should offer pins, key rings, magnets, magnets, etc. The usual collectibles available on any tourist attraction.

Even though my wife and I didn't go through the museum today, we saw enough to be thoroughly impressed throughout. Anything that's affiliated with the Smithsonian Museum Group is going to be on top shelf anyway, so that's a total plus! We will be back, and we highly recommend anyone living, visiting, working, and playing around in the Greater DFW Metroland should check this place out! A lot of information and exhibits, flight history, and Texas involvement in the industry and history of aviation should take this place, especially the young people, that Next Generation(s), it's so imperative that the young be given every opportunity to see and do, experience things like the Flight Museum at Love Field to begin to shape and mold their futures. Up, up, and away! And we'll see y'all there!

I'm sure it's an awesome experience. However, just because I searched it on Google maps doesn't mean I've been there.

This museum is an excellent collection of aviation related exhibits and information from both the military and civilian history of aviation. There are several mock-ups and/or cross sections to explore, a play area, ways to watch the radar of incoming planes at love field, and dozens of model airplanes of different sizes across the facility. I would highly recommend a visit if your family has an interest in aviation.

Somewhat small but it seems like a good place to take kids and maybe to go on a date.

This is a great place to bring the kids of all ages to come and explore aviation. It's easy to find and is right next to Dallas Love airport. The folks working here are very nice and helpful. Upon entering, you are greeted and given a map of the museum where they point out the highlights. From there, you are free to roam. The museum is a wide open building with 2 levels. It is not big enough to get lost in but not small enough to feel cramped. They have good exhibits that range from historical planes to the newest ones. They also have the control center from Apollo 7. Southwest Airlines has some of their passenger planes there to explore. There is also a play area for kids 2 to maybe 10. It's nice and enclosed so AC and not much chance of kids slipping away unnoticed. There are snack types of food and drink available. Not sure if there is a kitchen, but there are tables and chairs for events. From the second floor you can track live plan traffic from dallas love and even see planes taking off from the window. Overall, it was a good visit and would do again. Great for the family and easy on the wallet.

Super fun to walk around definitely a lot to see. They even have a party room for birthdays for the airplane lovers.
