My road hazard warranty is good for 2 years. The coverage is 60.00 minus the new price of the tire. The tire mishap happened one day out of warranty. When the appointment was made due diligence was not done to see if the tires were still covered. The appointment was made on the day that the tire was still covered at 100%. So basically, I am out of $300 for a tire. I asked the service advisor if I could receive a discount regarding me being a first-time customer, and the response was no. I also asked if I could speak with a manager, and I was told that she was not able to come and talk to me because she did not want to get in the middle of Sonsio. Although the price of the tire has increased, I am responsible for that as well. So then the service advisor scrolled her phone to see what coupons are currently available. The service advisor found a 20% coupon. The service advisor called Austin Nault, the service manager, to ask for authorization to apply that towards my service, and the answer was no.
It gets better, as I am driving home. I feel that my vehicle is high on one side and low one the other. I pulled over to check my tire pressure. The new tire psi is 41, two of the tires are at 34, and the other tire is at 33. So the 230.00 that was rendered for service did not come with checking the tire pressure. So when I paid to have the tire mounted and balanced, no one decided to check the tire pressure. So I guess that was an additional fee.

Freeman Honda was extremely thorough and attentive to my car's needs. My car was serviced at another Honda dealership 3 days prior and missed some important repairs that were needed on my vehicle. I feel comfortable enough to transfer my service needs to Freeman.
