Update:
I received a call from Brian Sebring at the Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership and he was very professional and completely righted the ship! He was apologetic and sincere, I will most definitely consider him and his team first the next time I’m in need of parts for our vehicles.
By far the worst buying experience I’ve ever had! I placed an order online that was supposed to be delivered within seven days now I’m on my 12th day and I’m not even able to speak to anyone that is willing to truly provide me information on my order.
I’ve placed calls no less than 15 times and I have receive nothing but a complete runaround on trying to secure information about my order. They have the audacity to mention they’ve been in business for 75 years on the recording when left on hold but yet they provide customer service like this. I find it hard to believe that a company with Customer Service like this can remain in business for 75 days let alone 75 years.

Worst service ever. Same people walk by 4 or 5 times without asking have you been helped. Needed a new key fob. Told to come back at one o'clock. They say 1 hour to program it. Didn't leave till 3:15. Paperwork and fob laying in empty chair all the time. Who knows for how long. Need a better system. Never going back.

I had a water pump failure and serpentine belt failure on interstate 20. I called Freedom Chevrolet and spoke with Kelton. He checked and made sure they had the parts and the manpower to get it done. Then he hooked me up with D & $ towing service and DJ towed me to the dealership. They checked me right in even though they were busy. Two hours later, they had replaced the water pump, coolant, and the serpentine belt, washed my truck, and had me on my way so that I could make the second game of my sons baseball tournament.
Amazing service for a Saturday Labor Day weekend! Super kudos and mega thanks guys. Excellent job!

The experience was painful. I had to basically do the work for the dealership in trying to resolve my issue. The service tech did not keep me informed about the status of the parts ordered for my car. I had to constantly call out come by to find out any information. The part arrived on Aug 8th and I was not informed until I called to check the status on Aug 29th.
