Rates went up, the also indicated they don't offer uninsured motorist anymore if I return to them. In years past they were a good option and offered better value.

This office hardly answers the phone and I got hung up on twice. Website says it closes at 7pm but was told by one of there workers they close at 6pm.

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and every time I need help with anything or have any question no matter what every employee at this location is willing to help. I recently changed my policy and came in and an employee (Maritza G.) was extremely helpful and professional. Explained my policy really clearly which other location won’t do. Other locations just speed through it. Maritza and answered every single one of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable with paying what I had to pay. I didn’t feel like I was being tricked or anything.Really glad with my experience.
