There was dome confusion with my insurance company, I thought I had been termed, do I scrambled to get fast cheap coverage till I could have time to properly shop for coverage. We'll I started the policy over the phone, paid, money immediately removed from my account, like before we even hung up immediately, I called my old company to request a declaration page only to find out it was a mistake and I wasn't termed. I was in good standing. So less than 15 min I called fed loya back to cancel the unneeded policy . They tell me they can't refund. And I'd be charged a small fee . I'm like for 15 min? Ok I guess. Well nearly two and a half weeks later I get a check for 86 dollars. I paid 116. So that 15 min cost me 30 bucks?? Seriously?? Cheap yeah they are. Swindlers , yeah they are. Do not trust these scam artists. I doubt they would even honor a claim .

The most antiquated billing and cancelation system ever. You cannot cancel over the phone, it must be in writing and preferred in PERSON. Never, have I ever been faced with such ridiculousness. We have busy lives and I don’t have time for this nonsense. I’ll have to give up my lunch hour to do it. This is how they take advantage of minorities but this is how I warn people. Don’t go there. Just don’t do it.

They don’t pick up the phone at all. This insurance company sucks at picking up current customers calls. However if you get a quote here, they won’t stop blowing up your phone to get their lil commission (coming from experience since I worked here before)

Last night and today I have tried calling the Dallas Montfort Dr Fred Loya office as well as The Colony office, The Plano office, and the main 1-800 number and get the recording 'we're sorry as all of our representatives are assisting other customers, please remain on the line as we value your call.' This repeats a few times and then automatically disconnects. It's a round robin experience now more common place in so called customer service.
